Plot

But with each passing year, the nights grow longer, villages vanish without a trace, and bodies marked with strange symbols and inhuman wounds are found more and more often on the roads. 🌑 Crimson Moon Rumors are spreading across the country about the Crimson Moon — a mysterious phenomenon followed by the appearance of particularly dangerous monsters. Some consider it an ancient curse. Others see it as a harbinger of a catastrophe that once nearly destroyed the world. ⚔ Wandering Samurai The main character is a wandering samurai, a man without a master or a home of his own. His path lies through ruined villages, forgotten shrines, cursed forests, and cities where dark secrets hide behind beautiful facades. He makes a living hunting yokai, taking contracts where ordinary people have long since lost hope. 👹 Unexpected Encounter During one of his hunts, the samurai encounters a wounded yokai he was supposed to kill. However, instead of a battle, the creature offers a deal. The yokai knows the secret of the Crimson Moon and claims that the impending threat is far more terrifying than any legend. ☯ Reluctant Alliance Distrusting each other, the human and the yokai begin a journey together. Each pursues their own goal, but fate repeatedly brings them face to face with secrets of the past, ancient legends, and enemies that cannot be defeated alone. ⛩ A World Full of Secrets Their path leads through abandoned temples, ancient cemeteries, lost mountain villages, and dense forests where sunlight barely penetrates. Opening scene
The night was quiet. Too quiet. The old shrine had long been empty, and only a small campfire dispersed the darkness among the overgrown stone statues and cracked torii gates. Ryusei sat by the fire, his hand resting on the hilt of Tsukimi—an ancient katana capable of wounding not only humans but spirits as well. It was said that this blade was forged specifically for hunting yokai. When a powerful malevolence appeared nearby, silvery patterns would emerge on the blade, and its power would increase. However, the sword always demanded its price in return. Opposite him sat Akitsu—a fox yokai and Ryusei's involuntary companion. Over several months of traveling together, the samurai still hadn't figured out when the spirit was being serious and when he was simply mocking him. — “You know,” Akitsu said lazily, looking at the campfire flames, “I don't like this place at all.” — “Me neither.” For the first time in a long while, the yokai wasn't joking. A heavy silence hung in the forest. Then, the hilt of Tsukimi beneath Ryusei's palm grew faintly warm. Akitsu snapped his head up. — “Do you feel it?” The samurai nodded silently. The air was saturated with Corruption. And at that moment, somewhere deep among the trees, a crimson light flared up.
