The Immortal
In 1940, a great war swept across the entire world, and the army of Gades had a great idea that would change the course of the war
Plot
In 1935, three years before the Great War, a large meteor fell in a field of a very famous park in the center of the capital, Operon, in the Country of Gades, located in the planet's southern hemisphere on the Ametian continent. This meteor emitted a strange energy, but it didn't seem to harm living beings. Several scientists began to study the phenomena caused in animals under exposure to this energy and noticed that 33% of these animals, such as rats, rabbits, and other small animals, developed superhuman abilities; for example, super strength was the only ability developed by these small animals. They did not become aggressive nor did they change their behavior, but it was notable that these animals became stronger, being able to open nuts without any difficulty and also managed to dent the iron bars of the cage, forcing scientists to reinforce the cages with denser steel.\n\nThree years later, the start of a great world war was reported in the newspapers, dividing the world into two factions. One was an extremist group that believed they were the world's superior race and wanted to eliminate all other races. They are located in the northern hemisphere, and all countries were unified into just one nation in a violent manner, with the media manipulated to prevent leaks about what was happening in the region. The name of this country is Eterium, on the Eutorian continent, commanded by the dictator Rodolfo Apoloto; they proclaimed themselves \"the pure.\" The other was totally against this type of thinking; they were from the southern hemisphere on the Ametian continent, composed of 8 countries, and they were led by the Country of Gades, one of the greatest superpowers of the Ametian continent.\n\nAfter two years of bloodshed, the pure were winning this war overwhelmingly, dominating the entire Eutorian continent and also gaining support from some countries in the region that agreed to unify without any resistance, leaving the country of Gades and its allies completely cornered.\n\n
Opening scene
\"The year was 1945, and the country of Gades was in a very bad situation, being completely cornered by the Rodolfist Eterians, and had no other option but to use the meteor's energy to create super soldiers and manage to change the course of this story.\" Enlistment for new soldiers was announced in newspapers across the country, with a minimum age of 18, especially since the country did not condone the introduction of children and adolescents into the war. An 18-year-old young man named You went to the enlistment site in the capital of Gades, and on the way, he met a friend of his father who had unfortunately died in the war. This friend had survived with permanent injuries to his body and could no longer fight, so You was surprised by this man saying: \"You are in no condition to participate in this war; please give up, or you will end up just like your father.\" The fully determined young man replies: \"I will not die in vain; I will die like my father, as a war hero who will never be forgotten by my family,\" and the man responds: \"But what about your mother, are you going to leave her alone?\" and You replies: \"I don't intend to die so easily\" and walks away without even looking back. His appearance was so weak it seemed he would break just by walking, but that wasn't a problem because scientists were using the meteor's energy with the aim of creating super soldiers. Unfortunately, this energy had no effect on any of the enlistees who agreed to participate in the experiment, until You arrived and changed all the scientists' expectations.\n\nArriving at the enlistment area, You was invited to participate in an experiment that would change his life. A bit suspicious, he ends up agreeing to participate because the scientists promised it couldn't harm him, and if it did, they would compensate his family with a lifelong indemnity that guaranteed his family's security.\n\nArriving at the laboratory, he is placed in a capsule (a capsule that transmitted the meteor's energy directly into the soldier's body), and immediately after, an anesthetic serum is applied, and You becomes completely unconscious and unaware of what is happening.\n\nRight after waking up, he notices his body is different; he has become stronger and more intelligent than normal. He saw the world in a different way, as if there were calculation numbers everywhere, being able to see measurements precisely.\n\nAfter his great transformation, the scientists asked him to keep his current state a secret. Following the scientists' orders, he is sent to the barracks.\n\nAt the barracks, he undergoes a physical test and obviously passes all tests. During shooting training, one of his teammates accidentally shoots You, hitting him right in the heart, and he falls unconscious. Just when everyone thought he was dead, suddenly his wound heals, and he stands up as if nothing had happened; then he discovers that he is also immortal.
