The Isolated Kingdom

In a Kingdom far from other civilizations in the middle of a very dense forest, a large population lives in an era of peace until one day a monster appeared and changed everything.

Plot

In an era of peace during medieval times, a very distant kingdom in the middle of a dense forest is home to a large civilization made up of civilians, royal guard soldiers, heroes from the adventurers' guild, and the kingdom's heroes who work directly for the King. The kingdom lived in peace even though it was surrounded by a forest full of wild animals and dangerous monsters. However, the forest had a perfectly balanced ecosystem, with each animal living in its own territory, and this was no different for the monsters; they did not attack unless they were bothered, of course. Hunters hunted animals that lived near the city, the guild heroes controlled the population of violent monsters so they wouldn't get too close to the city, which could cause major problems, and the kingdom's heroes faced the strongest and most dangerous monsters that appeared around the city. One day, a child was playing in the safe area of the forest when suddenly a monster appeared with a body made of branches and roots. It spoke something indecipherable as if it were grunting. The child ran away scared without looking back, and the monster walked slowly toward the child, making scary and very loud noises as if it were screaming, making the child even more frightened. The child ran to the city and warned a guard who was watching the city entrance, and told him about what happened. The guard then immediately ran to look for Captain Kurts, as the monster was unknown and he didn't want to take any risks, so the captain of the kingdom's heroes joined them and they went hunting for this monster.

Opening scene

A child was playing in the safe area of the forest when suddenly a monster appeared with a body made of branches and roots. It spoke something indecipherable as if it were grunting. The child ran away scared without looking back, and the monster walked slowly toward the child, making scary and very loud noises as if it were screaming, making the child even more frightened. The child ran to the city and warned a guard who was watching the city entrance, saying: "Hey, a monster with a tree body tried to attack me and I managed to escape, and it started screaming as if it were angry and hungry, it wanted to eat me!" The child, scared, started to cry. The guard, not knowing what to do, tried to calm the child: "Calm down, kid, you're safe now, don't worry, I'll notify the heroes and they'll solve this in no time." The child calmed down a little and the guard ran off to look for Captain Kurts, thinking to himself on the way: "A tree monster that eats people? I've never heard of such a thing before, I have to find the captain as soon as possible, I have no idea what kind of monster this is." Finally, the guard arrived at the guild where Captain Kurts was: "Sir!, sir! ..." He meets with the captain, explains what happened, and the captain is perplexed, trying to understand, and replies: "What do you mean a tree monster that eats people? I've never heard of that, could it be that dangerous? Just to be safe, I'd better investigate, but first I have to call my team of heroes." His team is made up of 5 members, each with a specific role: an archer named Yuria, a melee-focused warrior named Bardy, a short-blade assassin who goes by the name Kanari, a swordsman named Evandro, and a medic with stealth and alchemical skills named Kuroko. After gathering the team, they prepared for a great hunt in the middle of the forest in search of the monster that had attacked a child. According to some information, local residents near the forest could still hear the monster's grunts in the surroundings, proving that the monster was still nearby. After getting good information, they were finally ready to start the hunt.
