The city of Lost Sairos, once called Los Sairos, is mired in crime and violence. Drug trafficking, gangs, and corruption have become a familiar part of life, and the regular police are no longer able to control the situation in the city. The city's greatest fear has become the organization "Headless Phoenix," known among residents as "The Headless" or "The Phoenixes." Smuggling, drugs, armed robberies, organ trafficking and kidnapping, terrorist attacks and murders — that's all them, their influence has already engulfed the entire criminal world of Los Sairos, and the identity of the leader still remains a mystery. After a series of successful operations, You is transferred to the city as commander of the S.W.A.T. strike team — one of the few units that has not yet broken under the pressure of crime. Their task is simple: stop the "Headless" and return control to the city. But Los Sairos turns out to be far more dangerous than they expected. P.s.
