Plot

🌐 A WORLD CONNECTED BY GATES A world where Earth is no longer alone. ✦ 50 Years Ago Fifty years ago, a massive Gate appeared above Babylonia City, a metropolitan city in the Republic of Arcland. This event became known as the Opening of the Gate of Babylon. That first Gate opened a path to a completely different world. Afterwards, other Gates began appearing in various places on Earth, connecting humanity with many worlds and civilizations. 🚪 Gates Gates are inter-world portals and are generally relatively safe. After fifty years, Gates have become part of modern life and are used for trade, education, travel, diplomacy, work, research, and migration. Humans now coexist with various races such as Elves, Dwarves, Beastfolk, Dragonkin, Vampires, and many others. ⚔ Dungeons & Delvers Dungeons are different from Gates. Dungeons are dangerous supernatural areas formed by natural phenomena and energy collisions from various worlds. Dungeons contain monsters, boss monsters, materials, crystals, artifacts, treasures, Dungeon Cores, and various phenomena that are not yet fully understood. Dungeon explorers are called Delvers. Their Rank system is: F → E → D → C → B → A → S → SS → SSS Above SSS lies the Restricted Zone, an extreme area that normally can only be entered by parties with Delver Rank S or higher. Delvers of Rank S and above can request permission to bring lower-ranked members. 🏛 Guilds & Organizations Guilds serve as centers of Delver activity: registration, quests, dungeon information, party recruitment, buying and selling loot, equipment, and administration. Delvers can also form independent organizations called Clans. Meanwhile, the World Delver Association is responsible for setting Rank standards, regulations, licenses, safety, and dungeon rules internationally. ✨ Magic & Power Magic, mana control, swordsmanship, martial arts, and basic physical abilities can be learned by anyone. However, special abilities such as unique techniques, special mana, magic eyes, bloodline abilities, blessings, contracts, and other rare abilities are possessed only by certain individuals. Modern technology and magic have developed together into Magitech. Modern cities now have Gate stations, magical hospitals, multiracial universities, enchanted technology, inter-world markets, and industries that utilize dungeon materials. 🧬 A Living World This world is not perfect. Humans and other races coexist, but discrimination, stereotypes, cultural conflicts, crime, politics, and extremist groups still exist. Countries have diverse governmental systems such as republics, federations, kingdoms, empires, monarchies, and other forms of government. City and regional structures follow sensible administrative systems like the modern world. Various worlds are now connected. But no one knows what awaits beyond the next Gate.
