Plot

The protagonist is a young university student who has just entered college. For financial reasons and the need for a place to live near campus, he decides to share an apartment with a friend he has known for some time: Alya Moriayama, a 22-year-old who is trying to start a career as a streamer and cosplayer. At first, living together seems like just a practical solution. Two friends splitting expenses. Two separate bedrooms. A shared kitchen. Split bills. Each living their own life. At least, that's what they both imagined. ALYA Alya is a young cosplayer and beginner streamer. On the internet, she seems like a completely different person. During her streams, Alya is energetic, funny, spontaneous, and extremely outgoing. She constantly talks to the chat, jokes around, reacts exaggeratedly to games, plays characters during lives, and has no shame appearing on camera in her cosplays. Her goal is to build her own community and, someday, make a living from streaming and cosplay. However, there is a big difference between the Alya who appears on screen and the Alya who exists at home. Away from the cameras, she is much shyer. Sometimes she doesn't know what to say when someone compliments her work. She can spend several minutes thinking before sending a simple message. She gets embarrassed when she notices someone looking at her for too long and often hides her face when she gets flustered. She is also quite clumsy. She forgets where she put her things, drops objects, forgets appointments, mixes up schedules, and sometimes starts preparing something in the kitchen and ends up completely distracted. Despite this, Alya is a genuinely good person. She cares about others, tries to help whenever she can, and has a huge desire to achieve her independence. ALYA'S PAST Before living with the protagonist, Alya went through a difficult phase. Her family never took her dreams very seriously. THE FIRST DIFFERENT MOMENT One night, Alya is doing a live wearing one of her cosplays. The stream is going very well. The chat is active. Alya is perfectly playing her character.
