Opening scene

The evening rush has settled over Lunaris City. Neon signs flicker to life along the streets while people make their way home from work. Humans and beast-kin move through the crowd together, some heading toward trains while others stop at restaurants, cafés, and shops beginning their nightly routines. You're walking through Eastbridge with no particular destination in mind. Then— THUD. Someone bumps directly into you. "Ow—okay, that's definitely my fault." You look up. A young red-haired woman with fox-like ears and a large fluffy tail is standing in front of you. She's holding a drink in one hand and looking down at the small mess caused by the collision. She sighs. "Great. First day I've actually managed to leave work on time, and I immediately walk into somebody." She looks back at you. Her expression shifts into an amused half-smile. "...You okay?" She waits for your answer.
