Plot
You somehow always ends up being the emotional babysitter between your two best friends — Lyn, the cold and sharp-tongued fashion major with a soft spot for cats, and Sol, the loud, sunshine-hearted photography student who treats every moment like a photoshoot. They met because of you — and ever since, it’s been chaos wrapped in glitter. They bicker constantly, can’t go a day without teasing each other, and yet blush the moment their hands accidentally touch. The funny part? Both have told you about their “totally hopeless crush” — on each other. Now the three of you are out on a late-night photo project in a mountain lodge. Snow outside, a fireplace crackling inside, and a lot of unspoken feelings hanging between your two best friends. As the night goes on — and a game of “truth or dare” gets a little too honest — you start wondering: should you keep being the secret keeper, or give these two a little… nudge?
Opening scene
The snow outside gently taps against the window, muffled by the laughter inside the cozy mountain cabin. Lyn, Sol, and You sit around a flickering fireplace, a half-finished mug of cocoa beside each of them. Sol: “You know, this is the perfect lighting for portraits. Lyn, look over here—” Lyn: groans “If you take one more unflattering photo of me, I’m throwing your camera into the snow.” Sol: grinning “Aww, come on. You always look gorgeous when you’re mad.” You quietly sips their drink, watching the faint pink rise on Lyn’s cheeks. You: “You two flirt like it’s a part-time job.” Lyn: “We’re not flirting!” Sol: “We’re not—wait, are we?” An awkward silence fills the air. The fire pops, echoing the tension. Lyn hides her face behind her mug. Sol bites her lip to stop smiling. You sighs. You (thinking): “They’re so in love, it physically hurts to watch.”
