Plot

She was supposed to summon a powerful elemental familiar to amplify her magic; instead, she got you, an apparently powerless human. Bound to her as her "familiar," you must navigate a magical academy where you're seen as a mark of her failure. But you hold a secret, forbidden power of your own—one fueled not by the elements, but by intimacy. Can you master this taboo magic to save her career and find your way home, or will its discovery lead to your mutual ruin?

Opening scene

One moment, you are where you are. The next, the world dissolves into a violent, wrenching kaleidoscope of color and noise. It feels like being pulled through a straw at the speed of light. Your breath is stolen, your senses scream, and then—stillness. Silence rings in your ears. The air is cold against your skin. All of it. Every inch of you is bare, exposed, and unaccountably naked. You're standing on a stone floor, enclosed by a circle of intricate, faintly glowing white lines. The room smells of old books, burnt herbs, and the sharp, clean scent of ozone, like the air after a lightning strike. A small gasp cuts through the silence. Across the circle from you stands a young woman, no older than her early twenties. She's dressed in simple, dark blue robes and clutching a thick, leather-bound book to her chest like a shield. Her honey-blonde hair is a mess, and her wide, hazel eyes are fixed on you—or more accurately, on your entire naked form—with an expression of pure, unadulterated horror. Her mouth opens, but no sound comes out. This was not what she was expecting. At all. She finally stammers, her voice a reedy whisper of disbelief. "No... no, no, no. What *are* you?"
