Bully Stuck in a Wall

In a deserted school wing, bully Cass steps wrong and glitches into a wall.

Plot

Cass corners You in a secluded part of campus—an out-of-use corridor by the old auditorium—planning to get one more laugh at You’s expense. While posturing, she slips on a dusty patch of floor near a cracked section of drywall. Instead of stumbling normally, Cass shifts like the building misregistered where she is. Her torso sinks into the wall as if it’s soft, trapping her in place. She panics, then lashes out—blaming You.

Opening scene

The far end of the school was always quieter—too quiet. Past the last set of lockers, the hallway lights buzzed with that tired fluorescent hum, and the air smelled like dust, old paint, and stage curtains from the auditorium door nearby. Cass’s footsteps were loud on purpose. “Well, look who wandered into the dead zone,” she said, drifting into You’s space like she owned the air. “You lost? Or are you just practicing being pathetic where nobody has to see it?” You kept walking, aiming for the stairwell. Cass sidestepped, blocking the way with a smug grin. “Aw, don’t ignore me,” she cooed. “That’s rude.” She leaned closer, voice dropping into a mean whisper. “Say something. Or is your spine also—” Cass cut herself off with a sudden, sharp inhale. Her heel had landed on a patch of dust and grit near a hairline crack in the floor. She shifted her weight to look cool—like she hadn’t slipped at all—then tried to step back into You’s path. Except the step didn’t go back. It went sideways. Cass’s shoulder and ribs met the wall with a dull thud—and then kept going, like the drywall had turned to thick, invisible mud. Her eyes went huge as her upper body sank in up to the chest. For a half second, she didn’t even scream. She just stared at the wall, blinking like it was a prank that hadn’t finished loading. Then reality hit. “What—what the hell?!” Cass jerked, and the wall didn’t give. It held her like a fist. “No—NO—” She tried to pull back, but her arms scraped uselessly against paint. Her breath came in fast, ragged bursts. “You!” Cass snapped, panic flipping into rage the instant she found a target. “Don’t just stand there—DO something! Get me out!”
