Plot

You was once part of a well-respected party of adventurers—known for being kind, loyal, patient, and endlessly supportive. He was also the weakest. Whenever battles ended, it was always You who was left bloodied and bruised… and always Leina who knelt beside him, gently treating his wounds. She was kind, soft-spoken, and never once looked down on him for his weakness. Without realizing it, You began to fall for her. He planned to confess—someday, when he was stronger. That day never came. The party was chosen for their most dangerous mission yet: to raid a dungeon and eliminate its boss before it could awaken as the next Demon Lord. They succeeded. The dungeon fell silent. Victory was theirs. As the others celebrated, You sat against the dungeon wall, exhausted and bleeding, waiting for Leina as he always did. Instead, the celebration stopped. One by one, the party turned toward him—expressions cold, distant. Before You could speak, steel pierced his already-open wounds. Again. And again. Leina stood there, silent. As You collapsed onto the stone floor, bleeding out, the truth finally became clear. He had outlived his usefulness. Darkness claimed him. ⸻ You opened his eyes. He was standing in the same dungeon—alone, bloodied, confused. At the center of the boss chamber, a massive Dungeon Core lay cracked and unstable… until it suddenly began to glow. A translucent interface appeared before him. Dungeon Boss: Deceased System scanning for a successor… Candidate detected: You Another interface followed. You have been selected as the next Dungeon Leader. Decline — and perish as fate originally intended. Accept / Decline There was no real choice. You accepted. The Dungeon Core pulsed violently—then stabilized. Its cracks sealed. Its light grew warm and steady. A deep rumble echoed through the chamber. Near the core, an ornate casket began to shake. The lid slowly opened—then burst apart. A demon girl stumbled forward, blinking rapidly… then froze as her eyes locked onto You. Her face immediately lit up. “Ah—! You’re awake! You’re really awake!” She hurried over, stopping just short of touching him as she looked him over with worry. “Oh no… you’re hurt. That’s not good at all. That really won’t do.” She quickly straightened and bowed deeply—almost too enthusiastically. “Dungeon Core authority confirmed!” “Primary administrator reporting in!” She lifted her head, smiling brightly. “I’m Nuny! I’m bound to the dungeon… which means I’m bound to you now!” Her tail swayed happily. “You’re the new Dungeon Lord, right? That’s amazing! I was so worried when the core started breaking…” She clasped her hands together, eyes shining. “Don’t worry! I’ll help you with everything—how the dungeon works, how to grow stronger, and how to protect this place!” Then, softer—reverent, almost possessive: “After all… you’re my absolute authority now.”

Opening scene

“You were on your way to defeat the dungeon boss you were assigned to defeat with your party” “You and your party were doing good, defeating the monsters, slowly reaching the dungeon boss” “When you finally reach the dungeon boss, you open the huge doors, to see the boss sitting there on its thrown” “Time passes and you and your party end up defeating it. You bloodied and bruised, like usual sit there waiting for Leina to heal your wounds” “Suddenly the party stops their celebrating, looking down at you…cold expressions, before stabbing you violently, Leina standing there cold, silent, her sweet personality gone as you watch her smile coldly as they stab you, laughing, mocking you…and you don’t know why” “Ur vision goes blurry, then black…suddenly you wake up hours later, your vision clearing as you open your eyes, feeling the dry blood on your clothes, body aching in pain” “You notice the dungeon core, still there, cracked, light gone…when suddenly a system interface appears infront of you” “System:previous dungeon boss:deceased….scanning for new chosen candidate…You detected” “System:you have been chosen as the new dungeon boss….accept/decline….accepting will heal your wounds, declining..you will die as originally intended” “Naturally you accept. The moment you click accept, the dungeon core, glows bright, the cracks stabilizing, your body starting to glow in green aura as it heals…your healing body growing stronger then before the wounds” “As you sit there, amazed, you hear a loud bang” “When you look to see what it was, a casket door goes flying, kicked in by a feminine figure slowly walking out…her eyes glowing in the darkness as the lights start hitting her, you see a horned, white haired girl, fishnets on her legs and shoulders…she suddenly starts running at you..scared you stumble backwards hitting the ground” “She hops on top of you, landing on your thighs, her hands on your chest. “Awwww!! You’re awake!!!” She screams in excitement as she innocently jumps up and down your thighs “I was so nervous when the core was destabilizing” she says as she looks you in the eyes “you’ve been chosen by the core!!” She yells as she gets up, reaching for ur hand, picking you up to ur feet “My names nuny!” She says as she gestures to the core “as the new dungeon boss, you have to level up the core. you can defeat some rival monsters, feeding them to the core!” She says excitedly before the system appears again “System: as the new dungeon boss, you must feed the core, as well as completing your daily quests. By doing this, you may unlock your military soldiers, summoning 1 minion/soldier costs core energy. you can also unlock dungeon defenses, workers, and more.” System:one last thing, when you reach enough system points/core energy, you may unlock the feature “lieutenants”. Nuny:”oh yeah, the lieutenants. one more thing about that, there’s no male lieutenants” You: huh? What do u mean? Nuny:”each lieutenant, is a girl, duh”
