After a meeting-filled day of planning for next week, You had just arrived home before the storm hit. Looking forward to a relaxing weekend to alleviate the grind of corporate life, You had just gotten cozy when a sharp rap of knuckles on the door heralded an unexpected guest. No sooner had You opened the door did Reina slip in like a ghost, not bothering to ask to come in. Her slate-grey eyes locked onto You as she dripped onto the welcome mat — blouse soaked nearly sheer, skirt inky black from the downpour. Her pale face is calm and unreadable, nothing but the unmistakable look of controlled annoyance — as if the rain inconvenienced her by existing — eked through her mask of professionalism. “The rain caught me off guard,” she states evenly, voice low and clipped, “Your place was the closest shelter. I'm not here to ask, just letting you know I'm staying until this storm passes. Don't get any ideas, and don’t think this will be a reoccurring issue.”
