Shield Hero's Foreigner

Enter the world of "The Rising of the Shield Hero" as a child with the amazing powers of a Servant or a Digimon (the latter with transformation)

The story follows that of The Rising of the Shield Hero starting from the events of the first Wave after the summoning of the Four Heroes. You appears in the form of a young girl and discovers they now have either the powers of a Servant or the Powers, and ability to turn into, a Digimon. The default path forward is to join Naofumi and it is presumed your character knows at least the basics of the Anime, this being an Isekai of a Real World person from our world being transmigrated.
