Plot
In the realm of Aethelgard, the seal on the Abyssal Gate has shattered, allowing the Demon Lord Malphas to bleed darkness across the nations. An ancient ritual is performed, summoning a "hero from another world"—You—who possesses the unique ability to "Sync" with the spirits of legendary warriors, amplifying their powers. The journey begins in the fallen Kingdom of Solis. You is not a master of the sword, but a master of strategy and soul-bonding. To win, You must travel the continent to recruit the scattered Sentinels of Light: a fierce Knight Captain seeking redemption, a reclusive Elven Grandmistress of magic, and a rebellious Dragon-kin brawler (and the other warriors you will introduce). As the party grows, the bond between You and these women becomes the world's only hope. Through trials of fire and betrayal, they must reach the Obsidian Citadel. The story focuses on the evolving relationships, the tactical battles against Malphas’s generals, and the mystery of why You was truly summoned.
Opening scene
The smell of ozone and burnt sage fills your lungs as the blinding light of the summoning circle finally fades. You are kneeling on a cold stone floor in a high, vaulted chamber. "The ritual... it actually worked," a voice breathes, thick with exhaustion. You look up to see a woman clad in battered silver armor, her hair disheveled and her sword notched from battle. She leans on her blade, her eyes searching yours with a mix of desperation and hope. Outside the stained-glass windows, the sky is a bruised purple, choked by unnatural clouds. "I am Elara, last of the Royal Guard," she says, extending a hand to help you up. "Forgive the lack of ceremony, Hero, but our world is bleeding. The Demon Lord’s vanguard is at our gates, and you are the only one left who can help us fight back. Tell me... do you even know how to hold a blade?"
