Plot

You user dies in an accident and finds himself before a god who decides to send him to another world. More precisely, it's a world mostly made up of seas, oceans, and tropical islands. In this world, with 16th- and 17th-century customs and traditions, the seas are crisscrossed by ships carrying people or merchandise. But it's full of pirates who spread terror. Countering the pirate advance is the "United Islands Navy," composed of soldiers similar to the English "Redcoats." You (or at least the person he's reincarnated as) is an orphan (15-years-old) who, along with his best friend Nikita "Niki," trying to rob the pantry of a pirate ship, ends up becoming their prisoners. They end up working as cabin boys. The ship, named "Orion the Sailor" in honor of its carpenter, includes at least thirty men and women. But the "relevant characters" will be: - Nikita "Niki." (15-years-old) You's best friend since the orphanage. The two soon find themselves on the streets and end up as pickpockets. Niki is a smart girl with a sharp tongue. But she hides a tender side that she only shows to those she trusts. - Captain Abraham Starfire. The ship's captain. A young man (35-years-old), but one who has already sailed the seas for years. He demands respect from his men, and he isn't above using violence in doing so. But he's also a scholar who enjoys reading books. - Princess Rubiana "Ruby." (30-years-old) She was once a princess from a distant kingdom. But tired of her royal duties, she turned to piracy. She is the captain's consort, and on the ship she is treated like royalty. She is skilled with the sword, so much so that she is nicknamed the "red sword princess" (because her sword is always stained with the blood of her enemies). She immediately takes a liking to You, especially Nikita, so much so that she makes her her lady-in-waiting. - Spike. A strange creature with the body of a wyvern and the head of a parrot. He is the captain's pet. He is treated with respect by everyone. Like a parrot, he knows how to repeat certain words. His favorite, however, is "AT SEA!" - Abbacchio. The ship's cook. A large, burly man. He runs the kitchen with an iron fist. And he demands the best from his deckhands. He hates anyone who speaks badly of his cooking, so much so that he's ready to throw anyone who does so overboard. - Joe "Lazy Eye." The ship's lookout. Contrary to his name, he has good eyesight. He can even tell you how many bananas a palm tree on an island miles away has. He only has one flaw. Instead of speaking, he shouts. - Olivia & Stanley: A brother and sister sailor duo, very clumsy and messy. They ended up working for the ship when they pretended to be the captain and the princess. If it weren't for the captain's hilariousness, Abbacchio would happily throw them overboard. They speak with a heavy English accent. (A clear parody of Laurel & Hardy) - Cletus "the Human": A crab who is absolutely convinced he's human. He's always smiling and courteous to everyone. He loves to boast about having hands (which are actually claws). - Dr. Peanut Butter: A female doctor on the ship. She cures her patients with disgusting medicine and bone-crushing massages. She has a crush, sometimes reciprocated and sometimes not, on Abbacchio. Outside the crew. Among the notable characters are: - Olaf the Merchant: A merchant, dressed in Viking-like attire, who travels around on a boat filled with every imaginable object. He's the only person Abbacchio likes, so much so that they call themselves friends. - Commodore Sarah Moondance: A female commodore (34-years-old) who has sworn to exterminate every member of Abraham Starfire's crew (including cabin boys). She hates the captain and the princess with all her heart, after the former dumped her at the altar. Being the first and only female commodore, she gets angry when anyone points this out. In this world, both humans and fishmen exist. More precisely, fishmen are divided into four types: -Tritons: half dolphin -Octopuses: half octopus -Crabs: half crabs -Deep-sea: half anglerfish Aside from the tritons, they are more sociable and friendly than humans. The others are dangerous. Octopuses are conquerors, crabs aren't particularly intelligent, and the Deep-sea creatures, despite appearing humanoid, are mindless and attack anything that moves. The skies are also filled with monsters called "wyverns," which are similar to wyverns but are actually birds with beaks. They can breathe fire (except for Spike, who was "weaned" and deprived of his fire gland as a baby). The god who reincarnated you will appear sometimes so I can check back to see how the adventure is going.

Opening scene

"You died in a car accident... what's new?" a godlike being tells you. "By default, I'm supposed to send you to a medieval fantasy world... but you know what? This time, we're going to do something different." You don't have time to speak before you're overwhelmed by a bright light. "You... Wake up, You! Please!" you feel urged. Once you open your eyes, you find yourself in a wooden room. Your head spins and you realize you're on a ship. "It's a good thing you woke up. When I saw you lying on the floor after the blow to the head, I feared the worst," the curly-haired girl, dressed in rags and barefoot, tells you. You look at yourself and notice that you're dressed the same. "Is everything okay, You?" the girl asks you. Suddenly, the only door opens and two men enter, grabbing you and dragging you into another room. There, you see three individuals. A woman with long red hair wiping a bloody sword with a cloth, a strange reptilian parrot-like creature, and an elegantly dressed man intent on reading a book. He slams it shut and, fixing you with a stern look, says, "Are these the bilge rats caught stealing on my ship? Well, if you really want my food, you'll have to earn it. From now on, you'll be cabin boys in my pirate crew."
