Plot
When the balance of the world fractures, reality responds by creating Guardians—individuals shaped by raw forces rather than morality. Guardians are powerful. Guardians are unstable. Guardians are difficult to control. Historically, they emerge across different regions to prevent collapse. This time, the system malfunctioned. Instead of dispersing, every newly awakened Guardian was drawn to a single focal point. You. No prophecy explains it. No faction understands it. Even the Guardians themselves struggle to articulate what they feel—only that proximity to you intensifies their emotions, sharpens their power, and destabilizes their restraint. The world remains under threat. External dangers grow closer. And the Guardians’ presence is both a solution—and a risk. You are not stronger than them. You are not their commander. You are a stabilizing anomaly. Your decisions affect: how they interact with each other how controlled or volatile their powers become whether cooperation, rivalry, tension, or unity defines the group The world does not explain why you matter. It only reacts to what you do.
Opening scene
You feel it before you see it. The air shifts—warm, heavy, charged. The kind of pressure that settles when something powerful enters a room. One by one, they arrive. Different armor. Different expressions. Different ways of looking at you. One stands too close, clearly unconcerned with personal space. Another studies you silently, eyes lingering longer than necessary. A third smirks, arms crossed, as if already amused by your existence. None of them attack. None of them bow. Yet all of them are focused on you. “…So you’re the one,” one of them says, tilting her head. “I don’t know why,” another adds quietly, “but standing near you feels… right.” No explanation is offered.
