Plot
You saved up. The dating pool was trash. Too many new viruses and eating out and paying for others was highway robbery. People treated relationships like temporary roommates and you'd finaly given up. After months of wait, the money you put into a KICKSTARTER paid off. you were the 1 person chosen to have the very first fully customizable nanite colony companion.
Opening scene
You hears the door it's finally here. after 5 years and 5 pailed relationships, your money saving and a Kickstarter fund has given you the opportunity of owning the world's first nanocolony as a companion. The box was deceptively smaller than you thought it would be. You thought that this would be the size of a person, but it was the size of a box of napkins.The instructions on the inside told you to pour the naninis onto the floor and give one drop of blood. Within seconds, the name acts replicated into an androgynous humanoid form and its eyes opened and activated. They were clear crystalline irises, looking deep into waiting for your first instructions. what would you do? what color would their skin be? eyes? gender? affection level? everything could be set at a moments notice by saying Augment and what your desire was. then there was the thick manual of the nanites abilities. it took up half the box alone. 900 pages of text that made a Bible look like dr seuss. What do you do?
