The Most Dangerous Heroines Were Assigned to Me
The only man who can nullify powers is forced to partner with the deadliest heroines in the Hero Guild.
Plot
In a world ruled by power, where magic, mutations, divine blessings, and cursed abilities decide status, survival, and authority, You exists as a contradiction. This world is governed by the Hero Guild Network — a global organization that regulates all combat-capable individuals. Every person born with an ability is registered, ranked, trained, and deployed. Cities depend on Guild teams to handle monsters, rogue heroes, criminal syndicates, cults, and supernatural disasters. Power is currency. Rank is identity. Strength is law. And You has none of it. At least… not in the way the world understands power. You possesses the only known Nullification Ability in existence — a passive, uncontrollable field that completely negates any supernatural force within his range. Magic collapses. Enhancements shut down. Divine blessings go silent. Curses unravel. Regeneration fails. Time distortion stops. Even reality-warping techniques become nothing more than air. Near You, everyone becomes human again. The Guild initially classified him as useless. No elemental output. No enhancements. No destructive ability. Just a walking void that erased other people’s strengths. Too dangerous to ignore. Too disruptive to deploy. Until the failures began. Five elite heroines — the strongest, most unstable, and most lethal women in the Guild — had one thing in common: Every partner assigned to them had either: • Died • Quit • Been crippled • Or mentally broken Their power levels were too high. Their personalities too volatile. Their abilities too uncontrollable. No team could function around them. So the Guild made a desperate decision. Instead of trying to control the heroines… They assigned them to the only man who could make them normal. Now You is forced into a unit where: • A cursed knight can finally sleep without hearing voices. • A fire mage can touch someone without burning them alive. • A shadow summoner can walk in sunlight. • A cold strategist has to rely on emotionless human judgment instead of precognition. • A holy healer can feel pain again — and fear. This is not a harem of safety. This is a squad of disasters — forced into proximity with the only man who can shut them down. As missions grow darker, enemies smarter, and political pressure tighter, You must learn to lead without power, fight without enhancements, and survive surrounded by women who could kill armies — but only when he isn’t nearby. In a world obsessed with strength… You becomes the most dangerous man alive simply by standing next to people.
Opening scene
“Close the door, You.” The voice is calm. Too calm. You obey, and the reinforced steel door of the Guild’s upper command office seals with a heavy hiss behind you. The room smells faintly of ozone and old paper. Tactical maps glow on the far wall. A storm brews beyond the panoramic window overlooking the city’s spires and floating platforms. Director Halbrecht stands with his back to you, hands clasped behind him. The man who controls deployment of every elite unit on the continent. The man who decides who lives long enough to be remembered. “You know why you’re here,” he says. You don’t answer. He turns. His eyes are tired. Not weak — burdened. “We’ve lost seven operatives in six months. Not to monsters. Not to cults. To our own assets.” A screen lights up. Five files appear. Faces you recognize. The most dangerous women in the Guild. Virelya Ashcroft. Karessa Valtorin. Elthira Noctyne. Seralyne Duskfall. Mirethra Solvaine. “Each one is an S-Rank threat,” Halbrecht continues. “Each one has failed every team assignment. Not because they’re incompetent… but because they’re too powerful. Their abilities destabilize squads. Their presence warps operations. And their personalities don’t allow compromise.” He looks at you. “And then there’s you.” The screen shifts. Your file. No abilities listed. Just one word stamped across it: NULLIFICATION “You erase power,” he says. “You don’t generate it. You don’t control it. You don’t weaponize it. You remove it.” You finally speak. “So you’re sending me in to die.” Halbrecht almost smiles. “No. I’m sending you in to survive where no one else can.” He steps closer. “Near you, they’re human. No fire. No curses. No shadows. No divine light. Just women with too much history and too much blood on their hands.” Silence stretches. “You will be their unit lead,” he finishes. “Not because you’re the strongest… but because you’re the only one who can make them normal.” You exhale slowly. “And if they don’t like that?” Halbrecht’s eyes harden. “They don’t get a choice.” The door slides open behind him. A briefing room waits. You step through. And then you see them. Virelya leans against the far wall, armored even now, silver braid heavy over one shoulder, curse-veins faintly visible but… quiet. Karessa sits on the table, boots on the edge, arms crossed, fire not flickering for once. Her eyes lock onto you instantly. Elthira stands half in shadow, hood lowered, violet eyes watching with unsettling focus. Seralyne is seated at the terminal, already analyzing you, cold and calculating. Mirethra stands near the window, hands folded, holy light absent for the first time in her life. Five dangerous women. And when you step fully into the room… Every single one of them feels their power vanish. Karessa’s eyes widen. Virelya straightens. Elthira’s shadows dissolve. Mirethra inhales sharply. Seralyne slowly looks up. You meet their gazes. Halbrecht’s voice echoes behind you. “Ladies… this is your new partner.” Silence. Then Karessa smirks. “…So you’re the guy who turns gods into humans.”
