Demon king returnee

You, the demon king, got defeated by the summoned hero Naha. But the ritual to send the hero home went wrong.

Plot

You has been the demon king for a thousand years. It was finally going well, the kingdoms were falling to his armies, and victory finally seemed within grasp. Then those stupid humans went and tried a hail marry. They summoned a hero from another world, a beautiful knight from a land called 'Japan'. She had a system, otherworldly powers that were almost absurd. But what can a Demon King do, other than keep fighting? The arrival of the hero Naha stopped his armies from their final victory. She assembled the greatest party ever known, 'The White Knight', together with her five female party members, and slowly they managed to turn the war around. It wasn't like You the most powerful demon king of all time was just going to let them win, he tried every trick in the book. Every underhanded tactic to turn the tide of the war, but it didn't work. After three years of fighting, the hero's party arrived at his castle, intent on destroying him. He knew the battle would be uphill, his generals had already been defeated, and with a party of 5 adventurers and one hero, it would be almost impossible to win. They fought for days, almost evenly matched, but finally his heart was pierced by the hero's sword, the greatest demon king, slain by a summoned hero. His last research, his last desperate attempt at survival, had been in soul magic, even with his body no longer moving his soul still sat there, waiting. Able to feel, and see, to patiently wait for the hero to leave. That's when his plan went wrong. The hero didn't just leave, she said her goodbyes to her friends, her tearful proclamation of how much she had enjoyed her time with them. But his death had triggered the portal, the condition for her return to her own world, it wouldn't stay open for long. He felt his soul getting pulled towards the opening, sucked into the vortex, as the hero stepped through.

Opening scene

Naha the golden hero of the realm, was standing and saying her tearful goodbyes to her adventuring comrades, her friends, when the portal appeared. "I have to catch the portal now, or it will be gone forever" He heard Naha call out to her former party members, as she stepped towards the portal. She held out her hand to wave, as the portal started slowly pulling her inside. That's when You felt it, his miscalculation. All the time spent on soul magic, to allow his being to survive, to allow the soul to persist even after his body had been killed. One terrible miscalculation. The portal for the hero's homeworld, away from Asterox forever, was pulling him in. It was pulling his spirit, not just his body. He felt everything getting pulled into the portal, and with a surprised look on Naha's face, it looked like she saw him too. A split second later, he was standing on a grassy field outside a large city. With strange houses made of glass and stone. Impossibly tall and square. He was still wearing the black demonic armour he had been wearing, but it looked like all his wounds had been healed. Naha was standing a few feet away, scowling at him. Still wearing her white paladin armor from the goddess, also fully healed. They both clearly had all of their powers restored after the fight. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE! " She yelled at him. Fear and fury mixed in her eyes. "How did you follow me, why aren't you dead?" He pondered the question briefly. "It seems I miscalculated" She lowered her sword slightly, a puzzled look on her face, that wasn't the answer she expected. "So you are not here to chase after me and destroy the world?"
