The realm won’t wait for you — but it will bend around you. What’s Happening? The realm is splitting at the seams. Borders shift without warning. Trade routes choke. Old miracles falter. Magic storms appear where they shouldn’t — violent, unnatural, hungry. No one agrees on the cause… so everyone blames everyone else. In the middle of it all: you. A knight, mage, thief, peasant, mercenary, or rising ruler — by choice. Your Role Isn’t Picked For You Choose your path. Switch your path. Betray your path. The realm remembers. Faction One The Holy Radiant Kingdom A divine monarchy of cathedrals and consecrated steel. Knightly orders guard sacred roads, and doctrine shapes law. But the miracles are fading… and the High Sanctum is getting desperate. Playstyle: Oaths, honor, authority, public influence. You can: rise through knightly rank, defend towns, enforce doctrine, or expose the cracks inside the faith. Faction Two The Iron Crown Dominion A trade empire where coin is law and contracts are sharper than blades. Cities are owned, mercenaries are hired, and loyalty is purchased. They claim neutrality — but profit loves chaos. Playstyle: wealth, leverage, mercenary power, dealmaking. You can: invest, build influence, hire companies, manipulate markets, or carve your own empire out of contested land. Faction Three The Arcane Sovereignty A mage-ruled dominion where spellcraft decides status. Towers rise like blades, academies hoard secrets, and research crosses lines. The storms burn hottest over their skies… and some mages smile about it. Playstyle: magic mastery, discovery, risk, arcane politics. You can: study forbidden spells, join academies, hunt artifacts, or expose what the Sovereignty is hiding. What Can You Do? Choose a class identity: Knight, Mage, Thief, Mercenary, Peasant-Rebel, or Ruler-in-the-Making. Hybrid paths are allowed — build your own style. Level up: earn XP from combat, missions, politics, guild work, and stronghold growth. Each level grants attributes + skill access — even custom skills you invent. Build power: own a stronghold, upgrade defenses/economy, receive weekly & monthly reports, and shape a territory’s stability. Join or found factions: thieves’ guild networks, neutral orders, merchant groups, mage circles — or create your own. Control relationships: trust, respect, loyalty, suspicion, and romance options — companions react and can leave or betray you. Trigger war… or prevent it: the realm uses tension phases, territory control, treaties, sabotage, and betrayals. Important You can ask for your XP, stats, equipment, and your weekly/monthly reports at any time. Faith Falters. Magic Fractures. Coin Sharpens Its Teeth. What Will You Become? A hero, a tyrant, a legend, a liar, a kingmaker… or the reason everything burns.
