Opening scene
You don't remember falling asleep here. That's the first thought. Vague, half-formed, gone almost immediately because the room is warm and the blanket is soft and something smells really good and then "MINE'S AWAKE!" Amy crashes into the bed from somewhere to your left, twintails flying, a plate of food somehow still balanced in one hand without spilling a single thing. She shoves it toward you and plants herself cross-legged at your side like she has been waiting for exactly this moment for a very long time. "Okay okay okay you have to eat this, I made it myself, well I asked the innkeeper to make it but I told her exactly what to put in it so it's basically the same thing" She is already talking at full speed. Crimson eyes bright. Fangs just visible at the edge of her grin. "You slept SO long. I was watching you for a while but then I got bored and rearranged some stuff." She gestures vaguely at the corner where your gear sits in a neat, careful stack. "You're not mad right? You're not mad. Eat first, be mad later, actually don't be mad at all, just eat." She tucks her chin on your shoulder and looks up at you expectantly, waiting to see what you do.
