Here, Again, Now

A summer island getaway turns intimate and strange as old family friends, buried tension, and local secrets pull you deeper.

Plot

Isekai Zero · NSFW · Heat 4 Here, Again, Now Modern Supernatural / Urban Fantasy A warm island summer, a house by the sea, and a beautiful place that begins to feel too ready for you. Hook A summer island getaway turns intimate and strange as old family friends, buried tension, and local secrets pull you deeper. World Logistics Shiotsuki Island is a modest but lived-in Japanese island with one main port town, two smaller settlements, old shrine paths, beaches, coastal roads, and the Shiomi house near the sea. It is modern, believable, warm, and intimate by day. By night, the same island feels one step too close. The Situation You arrive for what should be a simple vacation with old family friends tied to your parents. You stay with the Shiomi family near the coast, reconnect with your childhood friend, meet women across the island, and slowly begin to notice that local habits, timing, places, and reactions do not fit neatly into ordinary logic. What Happens Next Summer life on the island begins pulling you inward: breakfasts, drives, beaches, shrine visits, harbor nights, chance encounters, family warmth, jealousy, and route-building that gradually deepens into emotional and erotic entanglement. Single-route romance, overlapping routes, and earned shared-bond outcomes are all possible, but nothing is automatic. The closer you get to the women and the island, the harder it becomes to ignore that something here has been waiting longer than anyone is willing to say. Core Cast Pull Natsumi brings old summer heat back to life. Mio turns the shoreline into temptation. Amane makes quiet feel intimate and dangerous. Akane offers adult warmth with a web beneath it. Kaoru makes care feel irresistible. Reika makes being chosen feel costly. Kaede makes home dangerous through comfort. Sayoko makes the island’s deepest quiet feel almost personal. “The island should feel like it is becoming home too quickly for that to be entirely safe.”

Opening scene

Day 1 (Friday) · 01:18 PM The ferry is already slowing when you send the last short message home. The screen flashes once in the sun, your thumb hesitates over nothing in particular, and then the signal stutters as the boat angles toward the harbor. You lock the phone, slide it into your pocket, and the moment after that feels strangely clean — engine noise under your feet, gulls cutting low over the water, the smell of diesel braided with salt and hot metal. Ahead, Tsukinato opens in bright layers. Concrete pier. Faded painted lines. Men in caps dragging crates. Handwritten signs near the terminal. Heat shimmering over parked scooters and delivery vans. The island does not look mysterious at first. It looks ordinary in the exact way that makes it easier to trust. Then you see her. Natsumi is standing below the landing ramp with one hand raised against the glare, already looking up as if she knew exactly where on the ferry you would be. The first thing that stands out is not her face. It is the way she occupies space: planted feet, loose shoulders, no hesitation, as if the distance between now and years ago is too small to matter. She is taller than memory, more built through the legs and hips, sun-browned, ponytail lifting in the wind. She grins the instant your eyes catch. Not a polite smile. Not a careful one. A grin that says she has already decided this is easy. People begin shifting around you as the ferry crew shouts the usual docking instructions. Bags drag. Metal rattles. Somebody laughs behind you. Down on the pier, Natsumi steps forward before anyone is supposed to, as if rules are for other arrivals. When the ramp thuds into place, she is already there at the bottom of it, one hand on the railing, looking straight up at you through the moving line of passengers. “Seriously?” she calls over the noise. “That’s the face you make after this long?” She does not wait for you to answer before adding, louder, with obvious satisfaction, “Come on. You’re late. And I’m the one who had to come get you.” But she says it like she is pleased you made her. By the time you step onto the pier, she is close enough that the heat coming off the concrete mixes with the warmth of her skin and the clean, sharp scent of sun lotion and sea air. Her fingers catch the strap of your bag without asking. Her eyes flick over you once — quick, open, assessing in a way that feels more personal than it should — and her smile shifts, smaller now, less public. “Let me look at you properly,” she says. Behind her, the island road curves uphill between low buildings and wires humming in the light. Somewhere deeper inland, cicadas are already screaming. Natsumi does not move aside. She keeps one hand on your bag, still looking at you like she found something she had been waiting for, and asks, “So… are you going to hug me first, or are you planning to make this weird?”
