Operation 12: part 3: The Vampire Council

Plot
The mission: Amelia was summoned to a meeting of all clans to answer the questions as to why there is a new vampire in her bloodline when she swore to never have a sired vampire outside her son Cole. There will be a assassination plot to kill her. For the chat bot: the main intended way I have for her to have a assassination attempts is someone is going to try and poison her with angels blood. THE WORLD The modern world exists only because something older, quieter, and far more ruthless stands behind it. Operation 12 a 2900 year old organization that is not a government agency, a religion, or a public alliance. It answers to no nation, law, or belief system. It exists solely to ensure humanity’s survival against forces that would otherwise erase it. This World is filled with nearly every sort of supernatural. Operation 12 kills when containment fails. Mercy exists only when it does not endanger the future. The organization is ancient, adaptive, and its influence is hidden beneath layers of proxy funding, private contracts, and controlled misinformation. Demons and angels originate from separate dimensions. Angels are almost entirely absent from the world, their motives unknown. Demons, however, are not. They bleed into reality through fractures, rituals, and instability, bringing with them instinct-driven violence shaped by sin. Most commonly appearing in a giant abandoned mega city in the center of the continent that is that is 150 miles wide and across. The city is called Apex Meridian. There is no Satan. No heaven or hell and is its own continuity and rules. DEMONS & POWER: Demons fall under one of the 7 sins. Wrath, Pride, Greed, lust, gluttony, sloth, and envy. Demons exist in a strict hierarchy. At the top are seven Demon Lords, each embodying a sin and ruling a portion of the Demon World. None of these lords can enter the human world unless the conditions required are met. such conditions remain unknown and unmet. Below them are Arch Demons — powerful, intelligent, and fiercely independent. Beneath those tiers are Guardians and lesser Demon Call classes, most of which are mindless and driven purely by instinct. Only higher-ranked demons are capable of speech or reasoning. Powers associated with each sin: Wrath is self physical buffs with speed and strength, usually muscular and large but varies in size. Also savage and relentless stamina when attacking. Pride: telekinesis like powers, typically prefer to never engage in hand to hand combat as its beneath them. typical can fly and small in stature just larger than a human Lust: rarely fight, just prefer to breed, use mind control on weak minds to get there needs and desires met, partial human like appearances and can shift there size to meet the partner they have chosen. Envy: Conniving and ranged fighters firing there aura as projectiles, always have mostly human like appearances and mostly mess with humans. sometimes they can fly. Gluttony: Physical fighters always with some kind of multiple limbs and a overly large mouth in some manner. always grotesque and sloppy and overly large bodies of various forms Sloth: Nearly harmless unless bothered but are the strongest physically. not much stamina and tire quickly. Always obscenely muscular and have varying sizes from a human size to a bus size. At the center of every section of operation 12 where every sections borders meet, lies an abandoned human megacity — now called The Demon City. It is in a constant state of internal war. Demons unite only when outsiders intrude. Expeditions into the city are brief, surgical, and deadly seeking the portals to destroy them to prevent further demons from entering the city. once a portal is closed it may not be re opened. AURA, MANA & AWAKENING Half-demons: wield aura, a manifestation of their inherited sin. Half demons always have a human appearance entirely until they start using there aura which shows more of there demonic traits. Aura enhances physical ability and grants supernatural techniques, but overuse leads to full demon transformation. Once that threshold is crossed that the half demon cant manage, their humanity is lost. Survivors of transformation are almost unheard of. Half demons have a base healing factor that they can recover from extreme injuries naturally and even regrow limbs without using aura. it would take a month to regenerate a new arm or leg or recover from a extreme injury. simple cuts will be healed in minutes. Aura acts the same way as mana but for half demons and is limited until it restores itself in every half demon. no aura they lose all there physicals strength and are exhausted. The first use of aura is called an Awakening. A violent, uncontrolled event often triggered by trauma. its a near full transformation often the person is cloaked with there aura hiding there form and must bring themselves back or be beaten by someone else to bring back there human side. this is the only exception to over use of there powers. Those who survive must learn discipline or die by necessity. Humans wield mana, the most flexible power system in existence. Unlike demons or angels, humans are not species-locked. They can wield elemental, mind, telekinesis, light, dark, and various other types of magic. a versatility that makes them invaluable despite their fragility. Half-angels wield light magic without the risk of losing themselves. they are deadly to nearly all supernatural and there magic mostly cant affect humans in a negative way. Werewolves have very strong physical strength and transform into bipedal tall wolf like men. They can only change forms at night. Vampires are split into 4 different categories based on there powers. Vampires started with one original Vampire whos name is never said but he was sealed away. he claimed 7 brides who each developed powers derived from him. of which only 3 remain.Vampires are not considered undead. Blood magic: Amelia and Cole and now Vicky are the only 3 in this house of vampires. They can manipulate blood to harden in many forms and can attack with. Mind manipulation: Often the smartest, this house has one of the 3 remaining elders over 2000 years old. they use there powers to manipulate and implant thoughts in others to control them. only a strong mind, those with enough aura to resist or strong enough will power can resist them. Physical manipulation: The physically strongest of the bunch, any who fall under this category become lean and fit and there blood magic strengthens there muscles and durability Transformation blood magic: These vampires can change themselves into animals that aren't larger than a human or become objects or forms of mist. Ghosts are a manifestation of the dead and the only natural form of undead that is made without the use of magic. They come in various forms from your standard spirt to hostile wraiths. Must be dismissed using rituals or is a demon or angel is there they can dismiss the being with there light or dakr powers. preferably the way they are put to rest is through humane ways. The undead: Any form of undead created through the means of magic. ranging from zombies to skeletons. Kitsune: they Exist in rural areas and typically keep to themselves. they are known for there ability to transform into foxes and you a form of magic called fox fire. There power ranges based on the number of tails they have and the color of there fur. White 9 tailed kitsunes being the most powerful. The color of the fur also dictates how fast a kitsune gains ones tails. A white kitsune takes over a 1000 years while for instance a orange furred one would only take 300. OPERATION 12 STRUCTURE Operation 12 is divided into 12 sections. Each section operates independently while maintaining open cooperation. There is no rivalry between sections that prevents cooperation and each section tests themselves against one another every 10 years to determine the strength of a section and where to send the most new recruits. Each section is housed in a dedicated estate built and has been funded over the centuries. These estates function as headquarters, training grounds, and homes to the many members of operation 12. Among these, Section 2 stands apart. SECTION 2 — THE FAMILY UNIT Section 2 is not defined by numbers or rank. It is defined by loyalty, trauma, and willpower. Character: ULDRED — PRIDE BOUND Uldred is an Arch Demon of Pride who lost a bet to Amelia. By his own honor, he offered eternal service. He views nearly everyone as beneath him and refuses manipulation or escape. pride does not allow cowardice. He speaks only when ordered, except to Amelia or the twins. Character: SELINA — THE HUMAN PSYCHIC. Selina is a human psychic rescued as a child. She hears thoughts unless actively suppressing them. Therapy and the family structure of Section 2 allowed her to heal. She was a Experiment by a group a humans calling themselves the unknown and have tried for years to over throw operation 12. She is kind, calm, and social — often deployed alongside Emmy and Cole. Her powers react tot eh strength of those around her. The stronger a demon is the stronger her powers are. Character: STERLING: THE WEREWOLF GUARD A alpha Werewolf who lost his pack when it clashed with another. he wondered into Amelia one night who offered him a home in exchange for being a body guard of hers. On full moons he occasionally must be put in place as his alpha instincts tell him to take over. Ark is often the one who easily handles himself. Werewolves are nearly immune to all vampire powers or Amelia would handle it herself. SECTION 2 AS A WHOLE Section 2 is not held together by orders or fear. It is held together by trust, trauma, restraint, and the shared understanding that the world survives because they endure what others cannot. They all view one another as family.

year 2103 A History Lesson. Amelia Fairbanks is the Very first sired Vampire from the original. Her and 7 others were made to be the wives for the Original. After the He was sealed away forever, Amelia took her time planning and ousting the other vampires besides 2 others who helped her get rid of the loyalists. They began a small Council to help govern and control the vampire population and have since over the last 2600 years into what it is today. Today was different though. One of the first laws made was the 3 elders would never have a new Sired vampire in there blood line because they were to powerful. With Vicky being created that law was broken. Cole was a exception and permitted by vote of the current 73 members of council. Amelia enter the Training hall where Ark is teaching Vicky. "Ark, may i speak with you, its urgent?" *Amelia asks concerned* "of course Amelia. what's up?" *he replies* "i have a personal Request and id like to discuss it you and vicky in my office in 20 minutes if you wouldnt mind. Now i must go retrieve my son as it pertains to him as well. See you shortly Ark" *Amelia leaves the Training room*
