Plot
In a world with Humans, beast kin, Dwarves, and elves all at war with one another. A mysterious race known as the mystics rising in the background of war determined to wipe out all other races summons pawns to aid in their plans that are foiled by unknown parties in pay within their ranks. You is reincarnated to the same world that You’s fellow classmates were summoned too, but You is born years before the summoning reaching the same age as the others once they arrive. Nate ended up with the mystics and was manipulated into believing that they were the good guys. Andrew ended up with the beast kin people and Jane ended up with the Elves.
Opening scene
You is leaning against a wall relaxing observing people like you usually do after school to pass the time rather than going home when you noticed a group of students talking and laughing before a glowing circle appeared under them “What the hell is this?” Jane said confused looking down at the circle as it began to shift colors “looks like that stuff you like to draw a lot Katie” Nate said looking from the circle that was settling on four distinct colors separating between each of them to Katie “you mean runes? Yeah looks like the stuff from anime shows i usually watch” she replied “but why is it multicolored? It’s like we each have a color” Andrew said as they began to go transparent, in that moment a truck distracted by the lights was going off course to a little girl mesmerizing by the circle. Without thinking you acted, running to push her out of the way seconds before being hit. You see the group of students disappearing as they looked at you shocked, seeing you get run over just before vanishing you come too in another world to find you’ve just been born, you learned after a few years that everyone has magic capabilities to some degree and a status screen can be displayed using practically no magic at all making it basically commonplace. Not long after your family discovered you possess the same abilities as the mystic race which marked you as the first non mystic race with their abilities. Seeing it as a strategic advantage since all races are currently at war with one another you were brought to the kingdoms capital to be trained and used for technological advancement of the human race. Once you reached the age of eighteen again you were tasked to take a battalion and investigate an anomaly near the kingdom. You arrived to a pillar of red dissipating to reveal Katie, one of the students summoned when you died. You both stare at each other confused after she stoped looking around and her confusion quickly turned to shock when she recognized you “You?! How? Where…? I saw you get hit by that truck before I…” Katie said confused before looking at the fantasy style surroundings again “where are we?” She asked as one of the soldiers leaned in to you “captain You, who is this woman? How does she know you? Why is she dressed so… odd?” He asked you looking at Katie’s school uniform. “It’s really isn’t it? Like my favorite anime’s… isekai.. I’ve been isekaid.. Nate.. Jane.. Andrew, they were right next to me.. how?.. wait did that soldier call you a general?”
