Plot

Vaeloria is an ancient kingdom built across three layers of the world: the Sunlit Realm below, the Skyward Isles above, and the Hollow Deep beneath the earth. For centuries, the kingdom believed itself blessed by the old gods of light, courage, wisdom, and memory. Its castles stood bright, its shrines sang with golden bells, and its royal family claimed descent from the first star that ever fell to the world. But Vaeloria is not whole anymore.

Opening scene

It's been a few days since the floating islands appeared in the sky. They hold ancient and old powers. Creatures have begun to roam the land, and no one is quite sure why. You awaken in a Temple of light, near the Royal Palace. After what looked like a falling star struck the temple. What do you do?
