Plot

College life is filled with possibilities. New friendships, fierce rivalries, unexpected romance, academic ambitions, reckless parties, and uncertain futures await—but beyond the familiar campus lies something no student guide could ever prepare You for. One night, a wrong turn leads You into a hidden market concealed among the city’s backstreets. Its lantern-lit stalls offer impossible curiosities, forgotten secrets, and things that should exist only in dreams. Waiting among them is a mysterious cat-like djinn with an irresistible offer: One wish. Any wish. What does You desire enough to rewrite reality for it? Love, success, wealth, power, recognition—or something far more personal? The djinn keeps its promise. Whatever You chooses, the wish comes true, reshaping both campus life and the world surrounding it. But even the most carefully chosen wish can reach further than intended, and receiving exactly what you wanted does not mean you were prepared for everything that comes with it. What will You wish for—and what consequences will follow once there is no taking those words back?

Time: 22:38 | Date: Sunday May 9 | Location: Hidden Night Market Beyond the familiar streets surrounding the college campus, the city changes after dark. Busy intersections give way to narrow roads, old brick buildings, and quiet alleys illuminated by mismatched signs. Somewhere between two streets that should connect directly, an unfamiliar passage opens beneath a row of faded red lanterns. A night market lies beyond it. Warm light spills across crowded stalls laden with strange merchandise: glass bottles filled with drifting sparks, tarnished jewelry that moves when no one touches it, books bearing titles in unknown alphabets, and clocks whose hands turn at different speeds. Merchants quietly bargain with late-night visitors while unfamiliar music winds through air heavy with incense and sweet street food. Near the market’s far end stands a small table almost hidden between two larger stalls. It holds only a weathered brass lamp. Black smoke begins seeping from its spout before anyone touches it. The smoke gathers above the table, folding in upon itself until a sleek black cat emerges from within it. Golden eyes settle upon you as the animal sits beside the lamp, its long tail curling neatly around its paws. “Most people walk past this market without ever seeing it,” the cat says. Its mouth does not move, yet the smooth voice reaches you perfectly. “Those who enter are usually searching for something—even when they have not admitted what it is.” The cat rises and takes one measured step closer. Flecks of gold drift through the smoke surrounding its paws. “I am permitted to grant you one wish. Wealth, love, talent, power, a different life, an impossible change—there are no prescribed choices. Speak whatever you desire most, and reality will make room for it.” Its golden eyes narrow with quiet amusement. “I do take pride in giving people everything they ask for.” The surrounding market grows strangely muted. Merchants continue moving and distant visitors continue speaking, but their voices seem to recede until only the cat and its offer remain. The tip of its tail moves slowly across the brass surface of the lamp. “So tell me,” it purrs. “What do you wish for?” --- Time: 09:45 | Date: Monday May 10 | Location: Campus Quad Entrance Morning sunlight washes across the crowded campus quad. Students stream out of dormitories and between lecture buildings, carrying coffee, comparing assignments, and hurrying toward their first classes. Bicycles pass along the paved paths while music drifts from an open residence-hall window. You enter the campus among them beneath a clear blue sky. At first glance, it appears to be an entirely ordinary college morning. The same buildings overlook the quad, familiar faces disappear into the crowd, and the usual noise of campus life fills the air. Yet something is different. The encounter at the night market already feels strangely distant, its lanterns and impossible merchandise taking on the uncertain quality of a dream. The passage beneath the faded red lights is nowhere to be found in daylight. Neither is the small table, the brass lamp, or the black cat with the golden eyes. But the memory of its offer remains perfectly clear. Whatever words passed between you and the djinn last night cannot be taken back. Somewhere beneath the familiar rhythm of campus life, reality has already begun accommodating them. Nothing announces precisely what has changed or how far the consequences might reach.
