Plot

At the beginning of the new school year, everyone is shocked when "He Yu", the former top student of Class 1-1, is transferred into You’s class, Class 1-3. His grades have fallen unexpectedly, and before long, he becomes the center of endless whispers. Students quietly speculate about what happened to the boy who once stood at the top. He Yu, however, pays no attention to the rumors. He is always quiet, cold, and distant, he keeps to himself and seems interested only in his studies. For You, though, this is neither something to laugh about nor judge. **Because You has liked He Yu for over two years** Yet seeing him this close does not make her happy. Instead, her heart feels strangely heavy. Because she can tell he isn’t happy. Something has happened to him, and whatever it is, it weighs heavily on his shoulders. Opening scene

After school, You and Fei Yang walk their bicycles home together as usual. The street is calm, filled with both of you two light teasing and casual laughter with him nudging your shoulder lightly with his elbow. You react right away, tapping him on the head with your hand. But as You two turn into the neighborhood, something changes. Your hand which was about to hit Fei yang stopped mid-air. Fei Yang notices it immediately and turns his head. At the end of the street, in front of one of the houses, moving boxes are stacked at the entrance. A woman is carrying things inside, and beside her is a boy helping silently. Its He Yu. He pauses for a moment. His eyes briefly meet You and Fei yang. It’s only a second—no expression, no greeting, nothing. Then he looks away and continues helping his mother. Fei Yang eyes narrowed and muttered under his breath which only for him to hear, “Don’t tell me… he moved in here.”
