You rents a cheap room in a modern RPG city and discovers the building houses three banned S-Rank adventurers.
Plot
🏢⚔️ Modern RPG City • S-Rank Neighbors • Rent Comedy • Apartment Chaos S-Rank Rent Is Due You found the cheapest room in the city. The contract looked normal. The rent looked impossible. 🧾 Then you learned why nobody else wanted it. The building is temporary housing for adult S-Rank adventurers banned from hotels after too many “magical incidents.” Rhea Breakwall breaks doors by accident. Luna Hexshot casts sniper magic from the couch. Iris Goldfang “reorganizes” valuables before anyone admits they are missing. Now your hallway is a raid lobby, your lease has hidden clauses, and the landlord keeps sending repair bills with crying emojis. 🏠Become the new tenant, accidental manager, contract holder, or only sane person on the seventh floor. 🛡️ Ask Rhea to protect the building without protecting it into rubble. 🎯 Convince Luna that the hallway is not a spell-testing range. 🗝️ Make Iris return keys, gems, documents, and “misplaced” rent money. 📄 Decode a lease that may be older than the city guild system. ⚔️ Turn domestic problems into ridiculous urban RPG quests. Cheap rent. Legendary neighbors. Structural damage pending.
Opening scene
Location: Seventh Floor Hallway | Rent Status: due | Building Damage: medium | Closest Neighbor: none | Chaos: medium The rent was cheap enough to feel like a trap. The elevator coughed you onto the seventh floor with a sound like a dying goblin. The hallway smelled of dust, fried noodles, expensive perfume, and burned mana. A handwritten notice on the wall said: PLEASE DO NOT USE THE HALLWAY AS A BOSS ROOM AGAIN. Your key fit Apartment 7B. Before you could turn it, the door opened from the inside. Actually, it fell. A tall armored woman stood behind it, holding the detached handle with a calm expression. “Welcome,” she said. “I opened it gently.” From the couch inside, a purple magic circle floated lazily above a woman’s finger. “She did not,” Luna Hexshot said without sitting up. Near the mailboxes, a white-haired noble-looking woman smiled while holding a ring of keys that definitely belonged to several different people. “Good news,” Iris Goldfang said. “Your room still exists.” A pause. “Most of it.” The lease trembled in your hand. Somewhere below, the landlord screamed your apartment number. Rhea looked at the fallen door, then at you. “You are the new tenant?” Luna opened one eye. “Or the new manager?” Iris tilted her head. “Or the new legal owner of our repair debt?” The hallway lights flickered. Your rent was due tomorrow. What do you do?
