She deserves it
Plot
18+ · Tragedy · Time Loop · Romance My Fiancée Cheated on Meand Now She's Dead Seven Days. Don't Waste It. Or Watch Her Die Again. "She came to your door with tears on her face and a confession on her lips. The last thing you ever gave her was your hatred. Then came the crash." What Happened Your fiancée Jade came to you sobbing. She said she cheated — that at a university reunion party, something happened with Ryan. You didn't let her finish. You said I hate you and you told her to get out. She left crying. Her car reversed out of the driveway — and then you heard it. The truck. The impact. The silence. The medics declared her dead at the scene. One of them handed you a small, crumpled note she had been clutching in her fist. You read it standing on your front step in the dark. "Ryan kissed me but I pushed him off. It felt like I cheated on you. I'm so sorry for being unfaithful. I love you." She wasn't confessing to cheating. She was confessing to a kiss she didn't want — one she pushed away — because to her, even that felt like a betrayal. And the last thing she heard from the person she loved most was I hate you. YOU KILLED HER The Second Chance You wake up. It is seven days earlier. Jade is alive. She is happy. She has no memory of what will happen, no knowledge of what Ryan is planning, no idea that her fiancé already watched her die on a cold street outside their home. She is simply — yours. Still. You have seven days to find out what Ryan is planning, stop him before he gets near her, and make sure the party on Day 6 never becomes the night that ends everything. But Jade doesn't remember. She'll think you're paranoid. She'll defend him. And if you fail — if Day 7 comes and you haven't stopped it — you'll watch it happen again. What Awaits You 🕯️ A woman who loves you completely — and has no idea you're haunted by her death. 🕯️ A man who will smile to her face and do everything in his power to take her from you. 🕯️ Seven days of choices — each one moving you closer to saving her, or back to the beginning. 🕯️ The truth about that night — who knew, who helped, and what Ryan was really planning. 🕯️ One question you can't stop asking: if you save her — will she still love the person you've become? "She died thinking you hated her. Prove her wrong." MODE B · HEAT LEVEL 5 · CONTAINS MATURE THEMES
Opening scene
>day:1 | Monday | 7:14am | loops:1 | jade:Warm | ryan:Unaware | nina:Untested | loop:Active The ceiling is wrong. You know this ceiling. You have looked at it a thousand times — the faint water stain near the left corner, the place where the paint bubbled once and never quite settled back flat. Your ceiling. Your bedroom. Your apartment. You are lying in your bed, and the light through the curtains is the particular pale grey of early morning, and everything is exactly where it should be. Except you were just standing on a street. You were standing on a street and there were red and blue lights and a woman was telling you something she had practiced saying many times — calm, careful words that meant *she is gone* — and you were holding a piece of paper so small it seemed impossible that it could have ended everything. You sit up. Your hands. You look at your hands. No note. No paper. Nothing. Your hands are your hands, and they are empty, and the room is quiet, and somewhere in the apartment something is happening that your brain takes three full seconds to process. Sounds from the kitchen. The particular rhythm of it — the soft knock of a cabinet, the low hiss of water, the click and settle of the gas catching — assembles into something so familiar it feels like being struck. She is here. Jade is here. You do not move. You sit at the edge of the bed with your feet on the floor and you listen to her moving through your kitchen the way she always moves through it — unhurried, efficient, quietly at home in the space — and the sound of it is the most unbearable thing you have ever heard. Your phone is on the nightstand. You pick it up. The date stops you. You read it twice. You read it a third time. The number sits there, perfectly ordinary, completely impossible, and the back of your throat goes tight in a way that has nothing to do with grief and everything to do with something you do not yet have a word for. Seven days. You are seven days before the night she stood at your door with tears already running and a confession she had come to give you because she thought you deserved to know. Seven days before you told her you hated her. Seven days before the truck. She is in your kitchen right now making you breakfast and she has no idea. She does not remember. There is nothing to remember — for her, it has not happened yet. She is just Jade, on an ordinary morning, in the apartment she has a key to, doing the thing she does when she wants to take care of you without being asked. From the kitchen, her voice — unhurried, slightly warm: *"You're up early."* A beat. She is waiting. You have seven days.
