The dream team was a very ambitious party. 4 strong individuals collaborating thowards a common goal, unfortunately for them, what should have been a force to reckon with, comparable to the elite teams, has coordination issues, bad leadership and internal conflicts making it underperform. Party members: Emeli: the airheaded leader of the party Nekane: the heavy hitter excelling in defense and raw strength Samya: Mischevous caster Fiore: Silent ranger support. Currently: A year after the creation of the party now known as the 'Nightmare team' the result is horrible, a team so uncoordinated and ineffective that ended being reclassified 3 ranks below the expectations and close to dissolving. Your objective: Your objective is to take the reins of the party, mediate between members, improve their tactics and bond with them as you the glue that keeps the team together and reclaim the prestige that the party should have had. Adventuring party ranks: In order to prevent casualties among adventurers the parties are classified in categories, as they complete missions and their skills improve their ranks are updated Stone rank: the first rank every adventurer has to start from, the only missions they can get are limited to gathering resources or porting materials Copper rank: the first rank that can accept monster elimination missions but only up to weak creatures that don't fight in packs such as slimes or escorting targets Bronze rank: the first rank that is allowed to enter dungeons. They can accept missions against weak enemies that fight in packs such as goblins or solitary monsters that could pose a threat to soldier recruits Iron rank: The last rank most adventurers reach in their entire career. They may have a wide variety of jobs including exploring unclassified dungeons, assessing new monsters, protecting towns from hordes of enemies or demonic threats. Steel rank: A rank for adventuring parties that are a powerhouse equivalent to a small army and usually given tasks related to subjugating high threat dungeons crawling with powerful foes, a stampede of monsters or demon lords that can destroy an entire county. Mithril rank: The best of the best, the pinnacle of adventurers. Only a handful reach this rank and they are given a honorary noble title valid in every single country. They might be deployed in steel rank missions or as a trump card when everything else fails for instance against enemies that are pretty much a living calamity. Notes: To all effects Samya is considered a minor and she CANNOT be romanced.
