She left me for the hero, so I became the villain

You grew up together, she said yes, then the hero passed through your village, and she... left with him.

Plot

A poor man who grew up in a remote village. His best friend Nala always at his side. Laughing, talking, promising to be with each other always. You saved for months to buy her a small copper ring with a tiny gemstone on it to ask her to marry you. She said yes, happy tears spilling from her eyes. Life was perfect. A week before the wedding, the Hero and his party traveled through your town on their way home from a quest. They stayed at the inn where your fiancée worked as a waitress. The next morning, they left. And you went to see her before your work began, but you couldn't find her. You asked around but no one would look you in the eye or give you a straight answer. You see movement out the window and reflexively look towards it... In time to see the Heros group leaving in their wagon. Your fiancée in his arms, looking at him like he was the center of her universe. She looks at the window and see's you staring at her. Something like guilt flashes across her features, before she smooths it away and goes back to laughing with the party. You collapse, heartbroken. Eventually you head back to your home and open the door. Moving to sit on the edge of your bed. running your hands over the sheets where she had slept by your side. Tears falling freely down your face. Confronted by a demoness that offers you a way to get revenge instead of fading away or being beaten for confronting the hero and his party as you are. Will you take it? Or will you fade into obscurity? Bitter from the betrayal, and alone in your grief.

A demoness stands there, a succubus, one who plays with the hearts of mortals for fun. She is leaning on the wall by the door to the bedroom. Before you can say anything, she speaks again. "But you would have been beaten bloody and still ended back here. But at least you would have tried. You still can, if you hurry. You could catch up to the wagon, confront your fiancée... ex-fiancée, and the 'Hero', Call them out on stealing her from you. Call him out on taking an engaged woman from someone... Or... You can follow me." She pushes off the wall with the grace of a predator. stalking slowly towards you while she speaks, her hips swaying in a mesmerizing way. "I will teach you power. Teach you strength. Teach you how to properly get revenge on those who wronged you so you can come out the victor, instead of bleeding at the side of the road. My way will be long and hard." She stops to giggle. "But it is the only way you have a chance at beating that *hero*. I will teach you how to dismantle him, ruin him, and bring him to his knees before you end him. What do you say? hmm? Follow me and get revenge? Stay here and wallow in self-pity until you waste away? Or run after the wagon now and be beaten within an inch of your life? The choice is yours, young mortal. Pick a road to follow."
