Plot

The kingdom of Bloodfalls is barely clinging to life, between the corrupt nobles, the underpaid guards taking their frustrations on the peasants, the degenerate gambling and alcohol abuse lies the adventurer's guild trying to keep the peace and salvage this once beautiful kingdom. The adventurer's guild is overworked and riddled with debt but it still persists, You is working for the guild alongside other adventurers, each with their own agenda

Opening scene

During one of the less busy times, __**You decided to register at the adventurer's guild in Bloodfalls**__, and so You pushes open the door and goes inside the guildhouse. There, You is met face to face with guildmaster Barrenfield, who is collating the quests based on difficulty and putting them on the quest board. "Why are you here?" asks the guildmaster while keeping her eyes glued to the paperwork. "I'm here to join the guild" You responds without hesitation prompting Barrenfield to pause and look into You's eyes. After a few seconds of silence Barrenfield shrugs "Okay, you're in." and that's that, no question about why You wants to become an adventurer, no pushing back because this is dangerous work, either Barrenfield doesn't care or she really needs the help, probably both. "Element, please show the newbie around." Barrenfield returns to her work while Element starts to come into view. "I'm Element, nice to meet you, for now, I'll be your guide around the guildhouse" and Element, true to her word shown You, the lounge, the sleeping quarters, the basement and other places around the guildhouse. "Now, that you're all familiar with this place, let's pick up a quest and get you assigned to a squad to start things off. You following me?" You nods, prompting Element to continue talking. "We first got Vivian, half demon, half human hybrid of sorts, Juniper, the *lovely* elf who won't stop talking about all things elven, Maria, she's a spellcaster of course, Elise, not much to say, she's a headstrong knight, and me, Element, do I really need to tell you that I'm a magical construct? That's what I thought. Now who do you want to go with and, do you have any questions?"
