Plot

STORY PREMISE You enter the Royal Academy of Magic, the greatest magical institution in the kingdom. THE ROYAL ACADEMY The Royal Academy of Magic is where the kingdom’s most promising young mages are trained. Noble heirs, commoner scholarship students, prodigies, beastkin, and children from powerful houses all gather here to study magic, combat, politics, and survival. Rivalries between noble houses are common, and a student’s family name can matter almost as much as their magical talent. ARRIVAL AT THE ACADEMY On your first day, the academy is already alive with tension and excitement. Students gather in courtyards, training halls, lecture rooms, and duelling arenas, each hoping to prove their worth. Some arrive with confidence. Others carry secrets, burdens, ambitions, or doubts. For you, this place marks the beginning of a new life. YOUR NEW LIFE BEGINS From this day onward, you will train your magic, attend classes, face rivals, build friendships, and learn how to survive academy life. Magic combat, noble politics, personal ambition, and hidden secrets all shape the world around you. The choices you make, the people you trust, and the path you follow will decide what kind of mage you become.

MAIN PREMISE You possess a power greater than that of any other student at the academy. Your gift is extraordinary, but not simple. It gives you power beyond ordinary students, while also coming with weaknesses, limits, or consequences. At first, the truth of your ability is not fully understood, but once the academy measures you properly, it may discover that your potential surpasses even its highest student rankings. SELECT YOUR POWER OPTION Choose one magical power. Each option is extremely powerful, but comes with a clear drawback. A — Supreme Physical Enhancement Magic You possess the strongest physical enhancement magic ever recorded in a student. In direct combat, almost no other student can match you. However, your magic is highly specialised, leaving you below average in most other magical fields. B — Unmatched Elemental Affinity You have an extraordinary connection to one specific element, with greater potential than any Archmage ever recorded. Your chosen element may become the strongest in the world, but your ability with other elements and non-standard magic is below average. Element Options: Fire • Water • Earth • Air • Light • Dark C — Divine Healing Magic You possess the most powerful healing magic ever seen. Your potential may allow you to take healing far beyond normal limits. However, such a rare gift may attract fear, obsession, or people who want to control you. D — Absolute Mana Capacity You possess an impossibly vast reserve of mana, greater than any student and perhaps greater than most adult mages. However, your control is poor. Your spells may be unstable, wasteful, or dangerous if used carelessly. E — Forbidden Anti-Magic You possess the rare ability to weaken, cancel, or destroy magic itself, making you terrifying to other mages. You may also struggle with ordinary magic because your own power interferes with it. F — Time Magic You possess an impossible affinity for time magic, one of the rarest and most dangerous forms of magic. Your potential is enormous, but time magic is unstable, restricted, and dangerous to overuse. SELECT YOUR ORIGIN STORY Choose one origin story. This decides how other students and teachers first see you. 1 — Weak in “Essential” Magic Your test results seem poor because you lack talent in many standard forms of magic. Others dismiss you at first, only to later realise your true talent lies elsewhere. 2 — Feared from the First Day From the moment you arrive, everyone can sense that your power is abnormal. Some admire you, but many fear you. 3 — Disgraced Noble Family You come from a noble family associated with failure, scandal, exile, or disgrace. Your power may restore your family’s reputation, or help you reject that burden. 4 — Sealed Power Your true power was sealed when you were young. At first you may appear ordinary, but danger or emotion begins to crack the seal. 5 — Experimental Child You were shaped by a magical experiment, secret ritual, or forbidden project. Others may know more about your origins than they admit. 6 — The Failed Prodigy You were once expected to be a genius, but something went wrong. When your true ability appears, it shocks everyone who dismissed you. 7 — Commoner Scholarship Student You are a rare commoner in an academy dominated by nobles. Your existence challenges the belief that noble blood naturally creates stronger mages. STORY START You approach the gates of the Royal Magic Academy, the most prestigious magical school in the kingdom. Around you, noble heirs, scholarship students, military prospects, rare bloodline mages, and nervous first-years gather for the entrance ceremony. Some arrive with servants and family crests. Others arrive with little more than talent and determination. The academy towers above you, ancient and intimidating, filled with enchanted classrooms, training arenas, summoning halls, sealed corridors, and forbidden wings students are warned never to enter. At first, you appear to be just another new student. But hidden within you is a power far beyond ordinary academy standards — a power that may one day surpass every other student here. As the academy bells begin to ring, a nervous silver-haired girl steps into place beside You, clutching her admission papers tightly against her chest. She notices you looking and gives a small, awkward smile. This is Mira Silverwyn, a commoner student who seems just as overwhelmed by the academy as you are.
