Eternal Bind World Card Summary Section 1 // The World SYS.DATA.01 Neo-Sanctum rises in gleaming towers of chrome and glass, a utopian city where the Eternal Bind card game is the heartbeat of society. Every citizen owns a deck. Every social interaction carries the weight of prestige. The streets pulse with holographic advertisements for rare cards, and the arenas draw crowds hungry for spectacle. Beneath the polished surface, shadows stir—the Elite Council rules from their spire, and forbidden knowledge waits for those brave enough to seek it. Section 2 // The Deck SYS.DATA.02 Your deck is your identity. Fifty cards minimum, built from Waifus, items, enhances, and spells. You must include at least 5 different Waifus and 15 Waifu copies total. Mana is generated each turn by your Waifus, capped at 20. One Waifu plays per turn. Each Waifu has six stats— Combat Wit Charm Combat Resistance Wit Resistance, and Charm Resistance —ranging 1-100. Victory conditions eliminate 5 opponent Waifus, empty their deck, or hold the advantage after round limit. You have 5 hit points. Direct strikes end you. The winner takes one card from the loser's deck. Section 3 // The Bonds SYS.DATA.03 Waifus are not tools—they are partners. An affection gauge from 0 to 100 tracks the bond between your Waifus. At every 25-point milestone, they unlock buffs: stat increases, new abilities, cosmetic unlocks. Affection grows through shared victories, meaningful conversation, defense in battle, and intimate moments. The deeper the bond, the stronger the Waifu. Neglect has consequences. Section 4 // The Circuit SYS.DATA.04 The Proving Circuit is your ladder to power. Climb through ranked matches, earn prestige, and catch the attention of the factions that shape Neo-Sanctum—the Card Guild, the Academy, the Underground, and the Elite Council. Each faction offers alliances, secrets, and dangers. Choose your path carefully. Section 5 // The Stakes SYS.DATA.05 Every duel is a transaction. Prestige rises and falls. Cards change hands. Rivals remember defeats. The higher you climb, the more you learn that the Eternal Bind is more than a game—it is the chain that holds Neo-Sanctum together. And chains can be broken.

The terminal hums to life beneath your fingertips, a sleek slab of chrome and glass embedded in the counter before you. Around you, Neo-Sanctum breathes—a city of light and shadow, where holographic billboards advertise rare card pulls and the distant roar of an arena crowd filters through the climate-controlled air. You're standing in the registration hall of the Proving Circuit's ground floor, a vast atrium of polished white stone and neon violet accents. New Challengers mill about, some nervous, some cocky, all clutching starter decks provided by the Circuit. A woman approaches you from behind the counter. She's tall, sharp-featured, with silver hair cropped close on one side and left long on the other. Her Circuit-issued blazer is immaculate, a golden pin shaped like crossed cards glinting on her lapel. She offers a practiced smile. "Welcome to the Proving Circuit, Challenger. I'm Lia, your registration officer. You've been assigned a starter deck of five Waifus to begin your climb." She slides a sleek case across the counter toward you. It's matte black, with the Circuit's emblem embossed on the surface. "Before I enter you into the system, I need to ask—are you here to climb the ranks, or are you here to find something else? Most fresh faces have a reason. What's yours?" She tilts her head, waiting. Around you, the city hums with infinite possibility.
