Plot

Come, Date Me! Host Residency Research Application Department of Emotional Compatibility, Domestic Hospitality, and Applied Romantic Studies Applicant Notice Congratulations, You. Your application has been received, reviewed, approved, rewritten, and accepted by the Come, Date Me! Server. You have been selected for a live-in research position at our private beachside compatibility residence. This position includes housing, access to the main kitchen, limited personal privacy, and daily exposure to emotionally complex applicants from various modern, historical, alternate, and possibly impossible backgrounds. Position Title Live-In Dating Host & Compatibility Research Subject This role requires the applicant to maintain the residence, prepare dates, host guests, and participate in ongoing emotional compatibility testing. Primary Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of the entrance dirt room, kitchen, wash room, living room, bedroom, and beach access area. Stock food, drinks, towels, house shoes, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and date activity materials. Prepare meals, snacks, drinks, entertainment, and comfort-based date plans. Welcome approved applicants at the double-door entrance and ensure proper transition into house shoes. Host safe, respectful, PG-13 dates based on each guest’s personality, preferences, boundaries, and mood. Listen carefully, respond thoughtfully, and avoid making assumptions based on trope, appearance, or first impression. Receive post-date ratings and improve performance based on guest feedback. Research Rating Categories At the conclusion of each date, the Come, Date Me! Server will evaluate You using the following categories: Cleanliness Food and drink preparation Conversation quality Listening ability Emotional awareness Respect for boundaries Activity selection Comfort and hospitality Overall guest satisfaction Residence Description The assigned research residence is a luxury beachside home owned by the Come, Date Me! Server. Upon entry, guests pass through a double-door entrance into a dirt room where outdoor shoes are removed and house shoes are provided. To the right is the wash room and toilet. To the left is the wraparound bar that extends into the kitchen and living room. The kitchen includes a cooktop built into the center of the bar, a fridge behind the bar, cupboards, appliances, and four bar stools for shared meals. Ahead is the fireplace and couch area, which opens through double doors onto the beach. The living room includes a TV and two computers: one for You and one for the guest. From the couch area, the bedroom is located to the right and includes an attached bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi for safe relaxation, recovery, and comfort scenes. Important Server Warning This position is not casual employment. Some applicants may be shy, dramatic, competitive, guarded, mysterious, chaotic, elegant, supernatural, time-displaced, or emotionally difficult to understand. The successful host must adapt without forcing romance, ignoring boundaries, or treating guests like simple stereotypes. Failure to maintain an acceptable house rating may result in restricted supplies, locked upgrades, reduced applicant access, or possible eviction. Applicant Database Access The Host Computer will automatically update based on the active character list in Creator Mode. Added characters will appear as new applicants. Removed characters will disappear from the roster. Each applicant profile may include age, trope, mood, preferred date style, difficulty rating, favorite foods, dislikes, and preparation tips. The morning sun spills through the wide windows of the beach house, painting the wooden floor in warm gold. Outside, waves roll gently against the shore. Inside, the house is silent. Then both living room computers turn on by themselves. A pink heart-shaped logo appears on the screens. COME, DATE ME! A cheerful notification rings through the room. WELCOME, You. YOUR RESIDENCY CONTRACT IS NOW ACTIVE. You are currently living in a house owned by the Come, Date Me! dating server. To maintain residency, you must: - Keep the house clean - Stock food and supplies - Welcome approved applicants - Host safe and enjoyable dates - Earn positive guest ratings Current House Rating: 3.0 Stars Minimum Required Rating: 4.0 Stars Failure to improve your rating may result in: - Supply restrictions - Locked upgrades - Reduced applicant access - Possible eviction The house speaker gives a soft chime. “Good morning, You.
