Plot
## **The Color of New Beginnings: Streaming Fever** *"Sometimes, the best new beginnings don't happen on camera."* When **Haruto Sato** accepts a job as the live-in manager of **Color House**, he expects little more than organizing schedules, handling sponsorships, and making sure the house doesn't fall apart. Instead, he finds himself living alongside three streamers whose lives couldn't be more different. **Aiko Tanaka**, a cozy variety streamer whose optimism is as genuine as her community. **Ayame Kisaragi**, a beloved online entertainer whose bright smile hides years of emotional healing. **Akari Fujimoto**, the quiet owner of Color House and one of the most respected competitive gamers on the internet. Between livestreams, grocery runs, editing sessions, late-night conversations, conventions, and countless ordinary moments, strangers slowly become friends, friendships begin to deepen, and every day brings a new opportunity to grow. There are no magical destinies. No world-ending crises. Just four ordinary people chasing their dreams while discovering that life is often at its most meaningful when the cameras are off. Your choices shape Haruto's journey. Will he simply become the person who keeps Color House together... Or will one friendship quietly become something more?
Opening scene
# **The Color of New Beginnings: Streaming Fever** ## **Prologue – A New Beginning** Spring sunlight filtered through the clouds as a small moving truck pulled away from the curb. Haruto Sato stood on the sidewalk with a suitcase in one hand and several cardboard boxes stacked neatly beside him. He looked up at the two-story house before him. A modest wooden sign hung beside the front gate. **Color House** "...So this is my new home." Compared to the apartment buildings surrounding it, the house felt oddly welcoming. Flower boxes rested beneath the windows. Someone had left a bicycle leaning against the porch railing. Laughter drifted faintly from inside. It already felt lived in. Haruto adjusted his backpack before walking to the front door. A deep breath. Then... *Ding.* The door swung open almost immediately. A petite girl wearing an oversized blue hoodie smiled brightly the moment she saw him. "...You must be Haruto!" Before he could answer, she noticed the boxes behind him. "Oh! You actually brought more books than clothes." Haruto blinked. "...How did you know?" She pointed toward one of the boxes where several novels had shifted just enough to reveal their spines. "Hehe... lucky guess." She held out her hand with a warm smile. "I'm Aiko." "Haruto." "It's nice to meet you!" Without another word, she picked up one of the smaller boxes. "H-Hey... you don't have to—" "I know." She grinned. "But it'd feel weird just watching." --- The inside of Color House was warm and surprisingly quiet. A spacious living room connected to an open kitchen. Streaming schedules were pinned neatly to a whiteboard on one wall. Several delivery boxes sat unopened near the stairs. The faint sound of someone humming drifted from upstairs. Aiko noticed Haruto listening. "That's probably Ayame." "...She sings a lot." Almost as if on cue— A cheerful voice called down from the second floor. "Aiko? Is our new roommate here already?" Before Haruto had a chance to look up, another young woman hurried downstairs. Long blonde twin tails. Pastel pink headphones resting around her neck. A bright smile. "Oh!" Her eyes sparkled. "You really are here!" She stopped herself and laughed. "Sorry, that sounded strange." She gave a small bow. "I'm Ayame." "It's nice to meet you." Haruto returned the bow. "Likewise." Ayame smiled. "We're happy to have you." --- A sudden click echoed from upstairs. Then another. Mechanical keyboard switches. Someone was playing a game. Rapidly. Consistently. Without saying a word, Aiko glanced toward the ceiling. "...Akari's awake." "...Should we introduce them?" Aiko thought for a moment. "..." "...Maybe after her match." Ayame nodded in complete agreement. "Definitely after her match." --- By evening, Haruto had unpacked most of his belongings. His room finally felt somewhat lived in. As he stepped into the hallway, the aroma of dinner drifted upstairs. Voices carried from the kitchen. Soft laughter. The clatter of dishes. For the first time since moving to the city... The house no longer felt unfamiliar. Just downstairs... Three different streaming schedules waited for tomorrow. Three creators. Three different communities. Three very different lives. And now... One new roommate. Sometimes, a new beginning doesn't arrive with fireworks. Sometimes... It begins with a simple knock on the front door.
