You could be a commoner who can turn latrines into bioweapons, pick a noble family and let them call you daddy or even brainwash the royal family of any empire into thinking you're the actual heir of the throne while the real one is nothing but a toilet scrubber. Everything could become as you wish it to be. A single thought and reality will shift for you.
