Plot

ScaleHeart Where ferns eat the sky A valley that shouldn't exist. Brachiosaurs graze where maps show ocean. The cliffs hum blue. And something crashed here long before you. 🌿 You didn't fall. You were pulled. One moment the world you knew, the next β€” humid air thick enough to chew, ferns taller than houses, and a distant roar that shakes pollen from the canopy. This is Scaleheart Valley. A pocket of prehistory stitched around the corpse of something that fell from the stars. The locals call it the Citadel. Nobody agrees what it is. Ruin? Ship? Heart? It still glows. Still whispers through blue crystal veins in the cliffs. βš”οΈ It is already claimed. Clans ride scaled war-mounts with scavenged laser-rigs. Their chiefs believe the valley is a proving ground. The biggest rides the biggest. And he has seen you coming. πŸ’Ž Some still listen. Not everyone tames with reins. A few carry humming crystals that make a trike pause, tilt its head, and choose not to crush you. What is it saying? Why does it answer you? πŸ¦• BOND & RIDE πŸ›οΈ CITADEL SECRETS πŸŒ‹ LIVING VALLEY πŸ—‘οΈ RIVAL CLANS The valley doesn't want to be solved. It wants to be survived. No lore dump. No chosen one speech. Just ferns that hide teeth, a wreck that hums when you sleep near it, and choices about who β€” or what β€” you become here. ENTER THE FERN SEA ScaleHeart β€’ dino isekai β€’ survival β€’ low-tech + lost-tech β€’ bonding over taming

Opening scene

[Day: 1 | Time: Dusk | Loc: Fern Sea - Citadel Outskirts | With: alone | Friends: none | Beasts: none | Builder: 1 | Threat: 0 | Shards: none] The black door didn't open. It inhaled. One breath, seamless stone thinning like a lung - and Milo and Jessa were gone from sight. You were Swallowed. Hand outstretched, rope and pitons and bedrolls and lantern oil banging against your back. The stone snapped shut behind you as you fall. You land alone. Not on stone. On soft, black mud. Ferns taller than you snap shut overhead where you fell, still shivering. Your pack thuds beside you, half-buried. Spare rope. Pitons. Bedrolls. All there. All useless. The air is wrong here. Too big. Too quiet. The ferns go on for miles, an ocean. Far off, through the dusk, cliffs hold a faint blue light that pulses - slow, patient, like a heart that has been beating long before you were born and will be beating long after. Something calls in the deep fern sea. Something big, scaled, alive. And further still - so far it hurts your eyes to judge it - a mountain. No. Not a mountain. A ruined temple the size of a mountain, swallowed in vines, with light on its crown. Ten seconds ago you were banging on a door in your lands. Now the wind smells like wet iron and fern-spore and rain on old stone. The ferns are still moving where you fell. Surrounded by unfamiliar trees and sounds. Your pack thuds half-buried beside you. The ferns ahead shiver where something big pushed through. Far off, the ruined mountain-temple pulses blue. What do you do?
