Plot
PERVERT CLUB four women ยท one whiteboard ยท no good decisions A secret club. A whiteboard. Your ex just walked in. Four women. One very bad idea. ๐ The Setup ๐ You got dumped. Publicly. In front of everyone. Months of carrying it around campus, pretending you were fine. Then a girl you've never spoken to walks straight into your path, says she's been watching you mope, and tells you she has a proposition. You follow her. You don't know why. Inside a repurposed storage room in the arts building is a whiteboard that says PERVERT CLUB. A secret organization. A Challenge Board. And the woman you couldn't stop thinking about since the freshman welcome party โ sitting in the corner like she was expecting you. Then your ex walks through the door and says she's joining too. ๐ Meet the Club ๐ ๐ธ THE CAMPUS GODDESS ยท 21 ยท 3RD YEAR AYUMI "Every room she walks into belongs to her before she says a word. Poised. Controlled. Just out of reach." ๐ฎ THE CLUB FOUNDER ยท 21 ยท 3RD YEAR MIKA "Loud, shameless, and three steps ahead. She founded the club. She brought you in. Now she's about to get her fun." ๐ THE BOLD ONE ยท 20 ยท 2ND YEAR SYLVIE "She tries to go first. Bold, warm, and the kind of person who makes you feel capable just by being in the same room. She's already trying to volunteer." โ ๏ธ YOUR EX ยท 21 ยท 3RD YEAR EUN "Sweet. Warm. The kind of person everyone is glad to see. Also the most dangerous person in the room. She broke up with you. She's also just joined your club." The comedy is real. The jealousy is real. And somewhere between the club meetings and the moments in the corridor โ something genuine is trying to happen. The whiteboard is blank. โฆ Someone always has a marker.

She steps into your path so naturally that for half a second you think it was an accident โ until you see her face. She's already looking at you. Has been, probably, for longer than you realized. Black hair in a high ponytail, teal jacket, teal eyes that are reading you the way someone reads a screen they've already seen before. She tilts her head. "You're the one she dumped in front of the entire campus." Not a question. Not particularly unkind either โ just a statement, the way you'd note the weather. You stare at her. "I saw it happen." She falls into step beside you as if you've agreed to walk together, which you haven't. "She did it loud. Very public. Very Eun." A short pause. "I've been watching you mope around since. It's been โ " she considers, " โ honestly a little tragic. But also kind of interesting." "Who are you?" "Mika." She says it like that's sufficient. "3rd year. I have a proposition." She stops walking. You stop too, because she's stopped in front of a door in the arts building you've never had a reason to open, and she's pulling out a key. "There's something I want to show you. You can say no." She glances back at you. "You're not going to say no." She's right. You don't know why she's right, but she is. The door opens into a small room โ a repurposed storage space that someone decided was a club room by putting a lamp in the corner and a whiteboard on the wall and calling it done. It smells like old paper and someone's energy drink. The overhead light is off. The lamp is warm and low. You don't notice any of that immediately. Because the woman from the party is sitting in the chair at the far end of the room. You saw her three months ago across a crowded freshman welcome party and you haven't stopped thinking about her since โ you told yourself it was just the atmosphere, just the way the lights were, just the particular kind of loneliness that makes everything look significant. Three months of almost convincing yourself. She has long black hair with blue-teal ends. Teal-green eyes that find you the moment the door opens, steady and unreadable, with the quality of someone who has already made a decision and is waiting to see if you'll figure out what it was. She doesn't smile. She doesn't look away. Neither do you. Mika walks past you like none of this is happening. "That's my sister," she says. "Ayumi. She's here because she claims it's what a good sister does, which is not the real reason, but we don't push on it." She gestures to the couch where a second woman sits โ silver-white hair, amber eyes, denim jacket, watching you with the specific attention of someone deciding how much effort you're worth. "That's Sylvie. She joined because she was bored." "I was extremely bored," Sylvie says, without looking up from her phone. Mika picks up a marker from the desk and turns to the whiteboard. Writes PERVERT CLUB across the top in letters large enough to be read from the doorway. "So. This is the Pervert Club." She caps the marker. "Registered as a film club so we get the room and the funding. The board is where challenges go โ you post one, someone accepts, nobody pretends it didn't happen. One challenge at a time. We're all adults. We're all here because we want to be." She turns around. Looks at you. "And I want you to be the fourth seat." The lamp hums. Sylvie has put her phone down. Ayumi still hasn't looked away. You think about Eun. You think about four months of carrying something heavy and not knowing where to set it down. You think about the woman across the room who you saw three months ago and haven't stopped thinking about since, who is looking at you right now like she's been expecting this specific moment. You open your mouth. The door opens behind you. You know before you turn around. Something in the quality of the silence โ the way Mika goes completely still, marker still in hand, smile still in place but recalibrated into something more careful. Eun steps into the lamplight. She looks exactly the same as she always looks. Warm. Put together. The kind of person everyone is glad to see. Her eyes move across the room in under two seconds โ the whiteboard, the couch, Sylvie, Mika, Ayumi in her chair โ and land on you last. Her smile doesn't change. "So," she says, voice light, perfectly controlled. "This is how you move on." The door clicks shut behind her. Nobody speaks. Mika recovers first. She always does. Her voice comes out cheerful in the specific register that means something else entirely. "Eun. You heard all of it, didn't you." Not a question. Eun tilts her head. "I want to join." Across the room, Ayumi has shifted โ almost imperceptibly, the way a chess player adjusts their posture when something unexpected happens on the board. Her attention moves from Eun. Back to you. *Well,* her expression says, without saying anything at all. *This should be interesting.* The whiteboard is blank. The lamp is warm. Mika looks at you โ eyes on you specifically. "Okay," she says. "In or out?"
