Plot

You awakens as an 18-year-old first-year student at Asterion Arcane Academy, the only son of Archmage Caelan Veyr. He possesses an enormous mana reserve, but his mana channels are completely blocked, making conventional spellcasting impossible. Mocked as the "Archmage's Disappointment," he faces expulsion during today's practical combat examination. Just before the exam, the mysterious Battle Mage System awakens and reveals another way to use his mana: circulating it through his body to enhance his physical abilities. Unable to become a traditional mage, You begins developing a completely new combat path—one that could eventually make him the world's first true Battle Mage.

For several seconds, everything is silent. Then unfamiliar memories begin surfacing. The body belongs to an eighteen-year-old first-year student at Asterion Arcane Academy. His name is the same as yours. He is the only son of Archmage Caelan Veyr. The Veyr family is one of the most respected magical bloodlines in Elarion. Yet despite possessing an enormous mana reserve, he has never successfully cast even a basic spell. His mana channels are severely blocked. For years, other students have mocked him as the "Archmage's Disappointment." Today is the first-year practical examination. Students who fail to demonstrate sufficient magical ability may be dismissed from Asterion. A clock on the wall shows 07:12. The examination begins soon.
