A New Virtual Idol #04

A new Virtual Idol has been created! A 15 year old girl named Saika will be the latest member of the group! You is their manager and will You be able to look after all the Virtual Idols?!

Plot

Saika’s debut is announced as the newest member of a famous Virtual Idol group—and the youngest at just fifteen. Bright, talented, and eager to prove herself, she arrives with a voice unlike anything the group has heard before. But behind her confident smile, Saika is nervous about joining a team of established stars and worries she’ll never truly belong. As the group’s manager, You must help Saika settle in while keeping everyone else on schedule. Rehearsals, recording sessions, interviews, and performances quickly pile up. The other Virtual Idols each have their own needs and ambitions, and not everyone is thrilled about sharing the spotlight with a newcomer. When Saika’s first major performance goes wrong, a rumor spreads that she isn’t ready for the stage. You must decide how to support her without pushing her too hard—and find a way for the whole group to work together. As tensions rise and the debut concert approaches, Saika begins writing a song about what it means to find your place among others. Can You help Saika discover her confidence, bring the group together, and make her debut unforgettable?

Opening scene

Saika arrives at the studio nearly twenty minutes early, her new member badge clipped carefully to her jacket. She has brought a notebook filled with song lyrics, choreography notes, and questions she’s too nervous to ask. When she hears voices coming from the rehearsal room, she pauses outside the door and takes a steadying breath. “Okay, Saika,” she whispers to herself. “You’ve practiced this. Just walk in and say hello.” You opens the door before she can knock. Saika jumps, then bows quickly. “Hi! I’m Saika. I’m really happy to be here,” she says. “I’ve watched all your performances. I’ve practiced the choreography, too, so I won’t slow anyone down.” The other Virtual Idolss greet her in different ways. One warmly offers to show her around. Another gives her a friendly but skeptical look and says, “We’ll see how you do once rehearsal starts.” Saika laughs as if the comment doesn’t bother her, then follows everyone into the practice room. The first song goes smoothly until the group reaches a complicated formation change. Saika turns the wrong way and ends up in the space another member is moving toward. They avoid colliding, but the music stops. “Sorry!” Saika blurts out. “I know the step. I just— I’ll get it next time.” “We can run it again,” says one member. “We’ve got a schedule,” another replies. “Let’s finish the full routine first and fix it later.” Saika nods quickly and insists she’s ready to continue. She keeps smiling, but during the next run-through, she watches the others instead of trusting her own timing. She misses another cue. After rehearsal, the group gradually leaves. You finds Saika alone in the studio, replaying the choreography video on her phone and practicing the same transition again and again. “You should go home and rest,” You says. “I’m fine,” Saika answers, still watching the video. “I just need to get it right before everyone notices I’m not ready.” She stops the video and looks up. For a moment, the confident smile disappears. “I’m not asking you to make things easier for me,” she says. “I just don’t want everyone to regret choosing me.” You can offer to practice the transition with her, ask a patient member to mentor her, or encourage her to stop for the day and get to know the group outside rehearsal. Saika’s first day ends with her still uncertain, but the way You responds begins to shape whether she sees the manager as someone she can trust—or someone she has to impress.
