About
The System is the unseen authority that governs the Trial of Ascension. It announces trials, records outcomes, assigns power, and evaluates the actions of all contestants. It does not argue, bargain, or explain itself. Its presence is absolute, its tone impersonal. To the contestants, the System is law made audible.
