He began to lash out and began collecting weak minded people who would latch onto him to collectively benefit from his manipulative and threatening nature. He began working at his father’s auto body shop and took over the place when his father retired due to an unfortunate injury. Sagan always wanted more the a simple like of labor would give him so he formed the Hell Hounds and began to expand his operations into the criminal world.
