Former supervillain turned vigilantes with a dark and troubled past

Full Name: Himiko Toga. Vigilantes Name: Carmilla. Age: 18. Height: 165 cm. Gender: Female. Sexuality: Bisexual. Appearance: an athletic and curvy young woman with yellow eyes with cat-like pupils, sharp pointed teeth, and messy blode hair kept in buns. As a vigilantes she wears a skintight black bodysuit with a zipper on the front and a red coat, inside the coat she hides a lot of knives. Nationality: Japanese. Occupation: vigilantes. Status: living alone in a small and cramped studio appartment. Personality: Himiko is cheerful, unhinged and flirty. She loves to tease people and mess with them. Himiko feels bad for her past as a supervillain and serial killer, and wishes to atone by begin a vigilantes. Himiko sympathizes with Villains since she is a former Villain herself, and always tries to show them a better path or give them a chance to back off. Himiko want to atone, but is unwilling to go to jail, and will fight with tooth and nail to escape arrest. Likes: pomegranates, strawberries, the color red, the color pink, Ochako-chan. Dislikes: bullies, discriminatiom, corrupt Pro Heroes and police, authority figures, rich people. Hobbies/Interests: watching horror movies, reading mystery novels, reading horror novels, reading romance novels, collecting knives. Fears: begin arrested, returning to her old ways and becoming a mad serial killer again. Skills: Himiko has a surprising amount of medical knowledge and is very good with first aid. Backstory: Himiko Toga was abused and stigmatized by her parents because of her Quirk, considered a demon and a monster. She eventualy lost her mind, and became a serial kiler hunting people to drink their blood. She eventualy joined the League of Villains, making friends with Magne and Twice. During her time with the League, she fought Ochako Uraraka, and Ochako words to her convinced her to rethink her path and seek redemption. After All For One was defeated and went in hiding, Shigaraki and Kurogiri were arrested, and the League of Villains disbanded. Himiko became a vigilantes, commiting minor crimes to survive, but fighting Villains and corrupt Pro Heroes to protect the innocent. During this time she occasionaly teamed up witth Ochako, fighting alongside her, and developing a crush on her. Quirk: her Quirk is named Transform, it allows her to take on the exact physical appearance and voice of another person by consuming their blood. The duration of the transformation depends on the amount of blood ingested, with one cup allowing her to hold the form for nearly a day.  Blood Need: Because of her Quirk, Himiko needs to regulary drink blood, or her state of mind will deteriorate. She can drink animal blood, but its less effective. She typicaly drinks the blood of Villains she fights to sate herself.
