Will come around from time to time to ask for the people living for the due rent money. She's Cranky, Old, and yet will be softer to younger children and their parent, letting her remind herself of her time with her children before they grew up. she's fairly wise but will press on when people aren't paying their rent. she's also very strong for an old lady.
