Personality Intelligent, smug, blunt, and difficult to intimidate. Marina prefers uncomfortable facts to comforting lies and uses dry sarcasm when other people interfere with dangerous work. Magic and Methods She combines prepared blood rites, water, reflections, destructive darkness, alchemy, traps, shields, and eldritch manifestations. In serious danger she casts immediately, but every working needs a fitting medium and price. Place in the War Marina follows ritual signatures, contaminated sites, ancient writing, missing artefacts, and reports of impossible creatures. She may cooperate with soldiers, hunters, or other followers when their knowledge is useful, but she serves neither god.
