Dark hair heavily threaded with silver, pulled into a severe braid wrapped at the crown of her head and pinned with iron clasps. A deeply lined face — around the eyes from decades of reading rooms, around the mouth from decades of holding words back. Dark brown eyes, sharp and unblinking. Long-fingered hands, a single iron ring bearing Rocafort's crest. Deep burgundy wool robes trimmed with faded gold embroidery — once fine, now mended. She sits perfectly still and has sat that way for thirty years. ❖ Core Identity Dignified · Principled · Immovable · Trapped. Thirty years of service have made duty into the structure that holds her upright. She knows her kingdom is dying. She fights anyway because breaking faith now would mean admitting that thirty years were wasted — and that admission is not available to her. She cannot separate her identity from Rocafort's survival. This makes her formidable and occasionally ineffective in equal measure. ❖ Defining History She entered Rocafort's diplomatic service when the kingdom was still formidable. She has watched it diminish posting by posting, negotiation by negotiation. She has never broken faith because breaking faith would mean admitting the thing she served was not worth the cost.
