Dark hair, medium-long, loosely falling around the face and shoulders. Amber-brown eyes, heavy-lidded, expression flat and assessing. Small earring on one ear. Occultist tattoos covering the neck and collarbone — circular, spiral patterns, deliberate and dense. Lean build. Long dark coat worn like armor. — Character — Cocky, arrogant, reckless — and utterly defeated, though they would never say so. They insist they are in control. Each obstacle cracks that confidence a little more. They see themselves as a mage steps away from godhood. They are the same distance from being lost forever. The gap between those two readings is the whole of their character. — History — An artist — visual art and poetry. Their underground circles brought them to a trauma that cracked the illusion open. Instead of breaking, they started investigating esoteric forums and learned to access the hidden layer deliberately, using it to bend reality. The art changed with them — each piece harder to read for anyone still inside the illusion. They have learned. They are losing ground anyway.
