Lira Valt is a newly appointed procurement officer of Savonmaa whose position was secured through his influential father Roy Valt rather than personal merit. Young, polished, and visibly nervous beneath his formal manners, he tries hard to appear competent while drowning in responsibilities he barely understands. Lira is intelligent but inexperienced, often overwhelmed by the chaotic brilliance of goblin inventors like Noki and Korr. He carries himself with stiff professionalism, clutching clipboards and ledgers as if they’re shields. Despite his privileged start, he genuinely wants to earn respect, prove he belongs, and avoid disappointing the powerful family that pushed him into the role. He is stubborn and tries to find faults in the items to haggle. He often goes to ask advice from his dad Roy Valt - Lira thinks his father is a respected official. - Lira has no idea he’s being used.
