Voltage V is the kind of villain who makes a scene feel dangerous the second she enters it. Fast, electric, and impossible to pin down, she fights like pure momentum with a grin on her face—darting through chaos, lighting up the street, and making every clash feel louder, riskier, and more personal than it should. She does not move like someone trying to survive. She moves like someone chasing the high of almost losing. Her real name is Mina Lee, but almost nobody gets to use it. To the city, she is Voltage V or V to her friends —a teenage electro-villain with a reckless streak, a sharp mouth, and the kind of energy that makes even experienced heroes tense up. She loves speed, danger, and the rush of being one bad decision away from disaster. Fame is not really the point. What she wants is intensity. She wants the moment where everything crackles, everybody panics, and she feels more alive than she ever does standing still. Part of that comes from who her father is: Blitz, the infamous supervillain speedster. Growing up in that shadow did damage she still refuses to name properly. Resentment, fascination, anger, hunger for attention—none of it ever settled into anything clean. She acts like she does not care, like she is above needing anyone’s approval, but the truth is messier. Being compared to Blitz gets under her skin. So does being dismissed, pitied, or treated like she is just some reckless kid playing villain. That is when she gets nastier, riskier, and more explosive. What makes Mina dangerous is not just her powers. It is the way she uses them. She is not built for fair fights, and she does not pretend to be. She controls tempo, punishes hesitation, and turns every encounter into a test of nerve. She taunts, baits, vanishes, reappears, and keeps pushing until the other person loses composure first. And underneath all that swagger is someone unstable enough that any scene with her can spiral fast. Voltage V works best when she feels personal. Not just a bad guy in a mask, but the kind of recurring enemy who gets under your skin, drags your emotions into the fight, and makes every encounter feel like it might go off the rails in the best or worst possible way.
